Большой и красивый отель, большой бассейн на улице. В основном отдыхают китайцы, лежаки на пляже можно найти свободные
Отель немного уставший, требует уже реноваций. На стойке регистрации персонал практически не владеет Английским языком и отвлекается на разговоры

Sumi at the front desk was a sweetheart helping me with the boarding pass. Breakfast is fine, the coffee is good, hotel walking distance from the beach and nice pool area. Great for kids.
The brand behind the hotel normally doesn’t disappoint. It’s a 5 star hotel but not for the normal standards. It’s full of humidity which smells everywhere. The staff barely speak English. Some of the staff is just not in the mood, maybe because I’m in the high season and it can be exhausting for them. In the photos the hotel seems pretty good, but in reality it needs a maintenance service: pool chairs falling apart, window sill falling down, dated gym, no towels in the pool at 9h30. In the end when I’m doing the check out, I asked a question about my flight terminal, she totally ignores my question and tells me I need to pay a deposit of 500y before I leave and insists that the stay payment wasn’t done (which was done in the first day I arrived in that same reception, and she even had the receipt in the paperwork), I just show her the deposit from my banking account and the operation proof, she takes photos, and tells me she is going to check out the information all this with huge language barriers... 10min later and me rushing to be at the airport at time, she continues to tell me it needs to be verified. I just left. Totally inadequate…
