The overall experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the staff (or owner). They raised unreasonable complaints about minor water in the shower area, although the drain was too small to prevent it — something naturally expected. Instead of addressing the matter professionally, they spoke in a provocative, impolite, and somewhat threatening manner, turning it into a bigger issue than it should have been. Inappropriate language was used through phone calls and WhatsApp, for which I have screenshots as proof. I advised them to communicate any concerns through Booking.com rather than contacting me directly in such an unprofessional way

"Great location, very spacious apartment that can easily sleep 6 people. Super well equipped kitchen and the house offers really all amenities one could think of. As a former Landsberger we felt really..."
