I've spent two nights with my family at house Ema and the apartment we booked was large, clean and well equipped. It was close to Plitvice Lakes ~ 7km, small market over the road and large one 1km away, close to restaurants as well.
a minor downside - it doesn't had insect screens on windows so, we had to close the windows over night

Simple room. Ok to sleep in, for one or two nights. Double bed plus a single. A small table and chairs outside in the coridor. Close to Plitvice lake. Store accross the street. Free parking.
No kitchen/net available - yes, it is not in the description, we missed it nevertheless.
