The staff were all very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean. Location also great with a short walk into town.
Possibly the breakfast could be made fresh. Although you offered this anyway.

The whole experience. It has old fashioned values in a modern comfortable setting. It oozes charm. I love the parking . Very close to
Town and a nice stroll. The room temperature was perfect. I loved the fresh milk in a China pot ( not plastic containers!) . No noise from any where and excellent blackout curtains.
Lovely spa , but don’t forget to book!
Food was fresh and cooked to perfection. The cheese soufflé was perfect.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. But not intrusive.
This is my second stay and I will stay again . It’s good quality for the money

The location was good and the too. Was large. The staff were very nice and friendly.
The bedroom, although large was not well appointed. There were no drawers in the entire room (you could have fitted in 2 chest of drawers if you’d wanted!). No glasses or cup in the bathroom to rinse your mouth when cleaning your teeth. Although I did ask in the morning and were given some. Plus we had all the cleaning staff constantly gathered outside our room as the cleaning supplies cupboard was next door!
