About this condo rental
Located in Buenos Aires, this charming condo for $40 per night is a great option for your next break. I invite you to experience my 'home away from home' designed as a luxury apartment, not your typical rental. Large (690 sq ft) one bedroom apartment in Palermo Soho (Thames and Costa Rica) comfortably sleeps 4 adults. All the furniture and artwork I've personally selected. The apartment features lighting on dimmers, made to measure furniture, custom wall textures, rich wood floors and custom artwork by local artist Javier Herrera. It is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the many restaurants, cafes, and shopping in the exciting neighborhood of Palermo Soho. Palermo Soho is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Buenos Aires and you will be right in the heart of it. Numerous Restaurants including French, Sushi, Argentine within one block. Grocery Store and laundromat is one block away. There is a bus stop on the corner and a 5 minute walk to the subway stop in Plaza Italia. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, wine storage, microwave, under counter lighting and a bar with bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen includes most cookware, glasses. pots, pans, if you wish to prepare your own meals. There are many restaurants within a 1 block radius. The living room offers a Phillips 32” flat panel LCD TV, slim-line stereo CD player with MP3 input, Phillips DVD player, and a cordless phone with voicemail. The sofa converts to a full size bed with sheets and pillows. There is a small dining area as with a bar style table and four Italian bar stools. The condo has been designed with those in mind who might wish to prepare their own meals. Palermo Soho has the best dining in the city, but you'll appreciate the large kitchen and ability to make your own meals if booking a longer stay. The private bedroom has a queen size bed, two night stands, a reading light, alarm clock, safe and large closet. I chose a Simmons Beautyrest Spa pillow-top mattress for the queen size bed. The bedroom opens up to a large 5th floor balcony overlooking the street below. The balcony is very enjoyable year round as you are right at the tree tops. This was always my favorite spot to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine at night. And don't forget to check out the 8th floor terrace with views of the city. The condo has a full size modern bathroom with sink and vanity, toilet, bidet, and a shower/tub combination. It features dimmable lighting, under counter accent lighting, and storage behind the mirror. All sheets and towels are provided. Located in a newer building with well-lit contemporary entry, secure entry system, a modern elevator, and a terrace on the 8th floor with sweeping views of the city from 360 degrees. There is cable, high-speed WiFi internet, a free loaner cell phone and weekly maid service included. We offer flexible check in and check out times as many international flights arrive in the morning and depart at night. We can also arrange an airport pick up with our own driver. My apartment manager speaks perfect English (as well as spanish) and is available to assist with recommendations.

This a a great apartment in the heart of Palmero Soho. Absolutely everything this area can offer is at your doorstep. Also, it is secure and safe. I never felt insecure or worried about my overall security.
The property owner was in contact with me once I made my booking and answered every question that I had.
Guillermina is the property manager and is FANTASTIC. She will meet you upon your arrival and is always accessible via Whatsapp for anything you may need or any questions that may arise.
My arrival was seamless from the airport because they had also arranged for a driver to meet me and get me there safely.
The apartment is clean and has everything you need. I was able to cook my meals and sleep well.
I know that I will utilise this apartment again when I return to Buenos Aires.

We had such a great time at our home in Palermo. The neighborhood was awesome full of restaurants, coffee shops, art and good vibes. Close to so many beautiful things to enjoy like the Japanese Park, Downtown, Recoleta.
Our hostess Guille was awesome, you made our stay so much better.
Can´t wait to go back and stay again in such a wonderful environment.

What a wonderful place! Great location with plenty of options of where to eat and drink as well as several nearby Western Union. The apartment is very nice, with everything you need for a great experience. Jeffrey and Guille were fantastic making our stay much better than we expected. I hope to return as soon as possible and to this same apartment!

At first it took a little while to hear back with instructions for how to get into the property but eventually we were put in touch with the property manager after calling. This process could be improved in the future.
However, the apartment needs some maintenance and refreshing. Linens on bed were threadbare, towels were no longer white, curtains were not clean, a light bulb was missing from the bedroom chandelier, and extra pillows in the closet were stained and completely flat. While the listing was clear that there was no soap or shampoo, for international travelers it would be nice if there had at least been some soap on the apartment. The absence of these things means we just have more to pack of items that we usually don’t have to worry about. We would rather have had soap and shampoo than snacks and wine. We are sharing the above in the hopes that the host invests just a little bit to make the apartment even better.

The apartment manager was stellar - met us at apartment at 9AM - spent about an hour going thru details of apartment, surrounding sites to see, great food places etc.
Very responsive when we had some small issues (with city, not apartment). The WhatsAPP communication very easy and quick. Highly recommend this well situated apartment

Great neighbourhood with lots of food and shopping options within easy walking distance. But a bit noisy in the late hours. We were met by Guillermina and she was fabulous, shared lots of great information and was a pleasure. Apartment had the necessities and a thoughtful welcome pakage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay stay a d couldn’t have been happier. Guille, the property manager was a great communicator and even arranged us to be picked up at the airport. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby. Our apartment was roomy and well appointed. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony looking at our beautiful tree-lined street. Please know if you have issues with your knees the bed is very comfortable but very low. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Buenos Aires.

Guille met me at check in and got me settled. She is a gem! She answered my endless questions any time I messaged her.
Everything in this place works great from kitchen , to bathroom, linens, and weekly housekeeping. I am a single, 73 year old woman with a dog and found the community safe and walkable. Restaurants and groceries are easily available. The mattress is very comfortable. My only complaint is that the bed is very close to the floor and a bit difficult to get up and down. The decor is nice. The couch has multiple tears and splits in the fabric. I thought the couch blanket itchy so I covered it with a sheet. The kitchen is well equipped but honestly skip cooking and take advantage of all the affordable places to eat. Air conditioning works great! Street noise is loud with the doors open but I slept great.

Communication was great, a ride to and from airport was taken care of for us and the property manager was awesome, she gave us a run down of all the good restaurants, neighborhoods, and sights to see. Location was maybe the best part- just a quick walk to everything you need. 10/10

Very nice and spacious modern apartment in the heart of Palermo Soho, truly one of the best neighborhoods for any newcomer to the city. Guille, the property manager, was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions on where to find everything in Buenos Aires. She promptly took care of one small plumbing issue I had during my stay. Included cleaning service was much appreciated!

This place was very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor patio is definitely a plus, even though it was a little cold during my stay. The apartment is stocked with everything you need. Located next to all the restaurants/cafes you could imagine and a short walk to a lot of parks/attractions. Great communication with the property owner/manager. A gem in Palermo Soho
My spouse and I are remote workers and spent about 3 months in Jeff’s place. Some highlights:
- The location is great with tons of amenities - gym, restaurants, bars, clubs, transit, fashion, co-working spaces for days you’re on lots of calls or just feel like a more ergonomic setup, you name it and it’s likely right around the corner. The location is extremely walkable as well - very reminiscent of a downtown center at any major North American city. We felt very safe here.
- The weekly cleaning service was something that we came to really appreciate.
- The place itself is well-equipped and stocked. The bed, couch, television, kitchen etc spaces are very comfortable.
- Last but not least, the property manager at the time (Guille) is arguably who made our stay even more memorable. In a new country, it was very nice to have an ally right away and she went above and beyond in her role.
All in, we’d recommend the place to anyone looking to get a good taste of what Buenos Aires has to offer, we would consider staying at Jeff’s property in a heartbeat if we were to visit BsAs again.

Perfect Cozy Flat in Palermo
Just had a great experience in this lovely, well-equipped flat. Perfect for a single or couple. Modern kitchen opens to a living area with a nice bar and a tall table with chairs. The balcony gives you a nice view of the street and the neighborhood which has lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The flat was quiet although I did hear a bit of after hours celebrants one night but it wasn't bad, just authentic in that you're in a neighborhood and not isolated in a hotel. Guille the property manager is lovely to deal with and communicates promptly and has lots of local information to share. She also arranged for pick up and drop off which was great since I have an aversion to airport taxis. However I must say I used taxis several ti.es and had zero problems. I managed to blurt out a few words of Spanish and each driver was courteous and professional. I'm writing this from Cafe Tortoni which reminded me of the great cafes of Paris and, perhaps oddly enough, Cairo. Leaving in a few hours but I hope to return to BA and I'd stay here again.

A super location!
The apartment is modern and well equipped, and the location is wonderful. No matter which direction you walk, you will find a variety of restaurants and shops. The only drawback was the bed. It was too low, almost on the floor.
The local manager was extremely pleasant and helpful.
