Bekvämt boende med bra läge!!

Lägenheten ligger väldigt bra belägen inom kort promenadavstånd till både gamla stan och judiska kvarteren. Vi var ett kompisgäng som uppskattade vår lägenhets planlösning där vi kunde umgås och äta frukost allihop.

Vi tyckte att kylskåpet var något för litet.

Отношение управляющей компании отвратительное, не убрано было в ванной

Хорошее расположение, просторная квартира

Не понравился в первую очередь управляющий персонал. Мы заехали, было плохо убрано или вообще забыли убрать в одной из ванных комнат. Они оставили контакт для связи, я написала первым делом на следующий день в 8 утра ( была тяжелая дорога , вечером не было сил это делать). Ответа не было, указывать номера для связи, когда там никто не отвечает?! Написала через букинг, ответили . Действий никаких, даже не изверились! Я им сказала, что вы даже не извинились, они ответили, что извиняться, когда видео увидят. Я выслала, никто не извинился !!! Это нормально вообще?!!! Я не поняла, мы хостел сняли или дорогую квартиру? Плюс к этому, ручка в ванной комнате была поломана, она просто падала на пол. Видимо, это уже давно, никто ремонтировать не собирается. Комнаты отделены стеклянной перегородкой, что в одной, что в другой комнате шторы выпали из карниза, невозможно полностью закрыть, то есть приватности в комнате нет!!! Молчу про то, что свет попадает и светло спать в комнате. Хотя они утверждали, что они каждую уборку их фиксируют. Но факт на лицо : мы приехали и шторы были сорваны. Ещё одно, но это уже мои личные особенности. Мне было очень холодно, так как везде плитка кроме спален. В одноразовых тапочках и носках у меня постоянно мерзли ноги

Loss of money abd time

Than apartment was filthy dirty and not as advertised in the pictures at all. The staff was so rude and unprofessional. I ended up booking somewhere else and they still asked me to pay extra fees even though I didn’t stay at the apartment!

Loads of space and room, the company even went the extra mile for us and put another bed in. Great accommodation!

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic location

The location was perfect, the apartment was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable and modern . The beds are very comfortable and have a nice bathroom and a great shower. Loved the balcony nice to sit out overlooking the court yard. Few minor things. But nothing major. Definitely recommend . We had to contact our hosts, a few times. They always got back to us and resolved our queries. Great job. Thank you.

The lock on the apartment door was tricky, with the keypad and turning the lock... It took a couple of days to master 🫣 probably just us. The air conditioners were leaking, so we could only use it for a short while. It was quite warm at night. Hated that. A microwave would be handy.

Nice , big and comfy place to stay !

Big nice and comfy apartament. Very close to the shops and castle, but still quiet.

there was an issue with getting proper information about the key code, but it was solved very quick.

We had a great stay in the apartment and in Krakow 🍻🍹, best regards, the 5 guys from Denmark.

The location suited us super well 😎 Short walking distance to the old town and the Jewish quarter. We were 5 men, the apartment was perfect for us. The staff were super helpful with excursions and transport to and from the airport in a good car, they responded to messages within a short time 🙂 We will definitely rent from them again.

The extraction in bathrooms could be better, I think it will extend the life of the furniture and reduce the risk of mould, but it was not a problem for us.

It was lovely!

Everything was great, the location: near the Wawel castle, but the place is very quiet, perfect for the family. You can find all the necessary facilities in the apartment. The host is very friendly and quickly responding. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you want to see the old Krakow and yet stay at the comfortable place, I recommend 100%, you won’t regret!

Big, comfortable and quite apartment, perfect location. The host is very nice and helpful.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms separated with glass door. 2 bathroom. Big kitchen. Everything is new and very clean. Very easy to access, close to all main attractions. Zabka store just around the corner. Coffee machine is nice.

I think that the heating might be an issue if it is very cold outside, as there is a big openspace.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Krakow with a great apartment to come back to in the evenings after walking around

The Apartment is beautiful, warm and spacious with all the amenities you could need. Along the riverfront with two big bathrooms with waterfall showers and bedrooms with Smart TV. Supermarkets, Cafes and Restaurants around the corner and walking distance to Market Square.

We liked everything about the apartment.

Modern, Spacious and well located to Old Town.

Modern, spacious and well located. We liked the security of the building and being behind a locked gate. The apartment was more than comfortable for our family of 6. It is well equipped and has modern appliances.

We really enjoyed our stay and have nothing to complain about! The small bathroom needs a thorough clean; the shower drain is a bit smelly (probably worse because it is a small bathroom). The main bathroom is huge and clean.

Perfect alternative to a hotel

Central and very convenient location, gorgeous spacious apartment, beds were like sleeping on clouds, friendly helpful hosts.

lovely modern appt in a residential type building/area close to the castle and river. Clean and spacious with fantastic lighting. coded doors for added security and courtyard views, with balcony and lift access.

the appartment is big, with 2 seperate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large Living Area, kitchen and balcony. questions we had was responded fast and kindly. Last, eventhough center of Krakow, totally quiet.

Comfortable apartment

location was good and facilities were also good apart from the cold water very clean apartment. prompt communication apartment slightly different from the photos but nice quite road where you don’t hear any traffic from outside

air conditioning was broken in a sitting area, no hot water for 2 days and some sort of a damaged to the wall as something large was pulled off. We stayed for 4 days and there was limited cheep toilet paper. Maintenance of the property needs on going maintenance. There are bits needing refreshing. Upon arrival we did not have a hot water for two days. Property management promised to refund some money but it has been two weeks and nothing is returned.

Very good

The apartment was clean. There were 2 showers but one shower had no water. Didn't get to grips with the coffee machine. The owner allowed us to leave the apartment later - it pleased. Good customer service is a huge plus. We were satisfied. And the location is very good. However, you had to pay PLN 90 per day for parking

Look no further for Krakcow😁

Apartment is in an ideal location and has everything you need. Having two bathrooms when sharing with another couple is a must. The hosts are just brilliant and nothing was to much for them. We will definitely be back as a long weekend isn't long enough to properly explore this beautiful city.
