We have stayed in this hotel 4 times before, the breakfast is always good with a good choice, the area is close to where we like to go for walks and plenty different restaurants for evening meals.
Only thing was an extra pillow in the rooms would be nice, as the pillows are pretty thin

Good price , clean towels and shampoo included.
Couldn’t switch tv to YouTube due to some kind of lock , there was no kitchen just a table with mugs and kettle

Great rooms, great shower, great bed, convenient location.
I found the staff member’s exceptionally cold (except for 2 people). Especially the check in girl — she hates her job. She literally
told me she could care less if I checked out because I shared with her that I was disappointed that I was under the impression that my stay included breakfast. Something I had been looking forward to for over a month. She had zero respect for me as a customer. She was very cold, cruel and disinterested. Not a nice reception in the least. I’m a Polish Canadian - who came to visit my long lost relatives from World War II. The main reason for me staying at the place was for the breakfast. We just don’t get that kind of food at home in Canada and it was going to fuel me for my upcoming business part of the trip. Definitely the worst experience of my entire five weeks in Europe.
