Location was great, close to everything. The room was clean, nice interior, they provided cutlery and utensils that we could use. Polite staff. Breakfast was great too.
This was the bad part of our stay, the shower area had a broken shower head, the water line was not working so it had no water coming out from it(weren’t able to use it at all) also the holder for the shower hand couldn’t hold it well if we wanted to adjust it, so we held it all the time while using it. And also the shower gel that had no bubbles and smell, we were so disappointed about it. Lastly, we were supposed to have an AC but we had ceiling fan instead, luckily it was not so warm during our stay for us not to complain about it.

PERFECT location. Clean and practical room. Excellent parking, close to the accomodation.
Room was separated from the neighboring room by locked door. Naturally, we heard every whisper from the other room through the locked door. Very limiting factor, no privacy.
Also, the automatic floor lights acted strange. Turning on while we were asleep.

It would be good to have a lock inside , once when I was in the room it has been opened by a cleaning lady and it was very uncomfortable. I would prefer to have a possible to lock the door inside with mechanical lock

We loved the breakfasts at Lepione & Pieczone, the great location on Piotrkowska street. The place was clean and felt safe.
We checked in late and unfortunately our booking information email did not include which room was supposed to be ours. After trying our room code on every door finally a staff member came and found us and helped us get into a room and apologized to us for the lack of a room number in our email.
Other than a bed and a hard chair there is no place comfortable to sit. No facial tissues and no alternative pillows if you are allergic to feathers. There was only two rolls of toilet paper so if you need to blow your nose make sure to ration it so you still have enough for your stay.
I tried a few times to contact the property via the Booking.com app but nobody ever responded to our messages.
