We were absolutely delighted from the very beginning of our stay. The location itself is amazing, and both the exterior and interior of the hotel are truly impressive.
The breakfasts were very tasty and filling, offering everything you need to start the day well. The service was extremely pleasant and attentive.
The rooms were neat, clean, and well kept.

Location was very good (although I walked many miles up and down the famous Piotrkowska over the weekend!). Numerous cafes and restaurants close by. Room was clean, shower good, and bed comfortable. As has been mentioned before, it's worth noting the fact that there is no lift - it's a longish haul if you're on the 2nd or 3rd floor! Pleasant staff, who phoned for a taxi to return me to the airport.
I would have appreciated a more comfortable chair in the room.

Good location, wide room, good breakfast.
Climbing on the 3rd floor with bags ( no lift), because of the historical buildind.

It has a great style.
The staff couldn't have been friendlier.
The bedroom itself was a good size.
It had a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom with shower.
It was all very clean.
We didn't like the location of the room in the hotel. It was directly outside the wooden stairs, which meant we could hear everyone walk past us; the steps and voices were all audible, all night.
