Грязный номер , под кроватью ужас , такое ощущение , что там не убирали никогда . Мы пролили небольшое количество капучино на постель перед выездом , пятно было 2*2 и еще мокрое , администратор потребовал заплатить 1800 бат за этот пододеяльник! Мы отказались оплачивать такую сумму , тогда нам просто не вернули депозит 1000 бат

Good small hotel, Nice staff,quiet location expect for concerts @Central Marina too loud to midnight

Ok I had no view but I asked for a room with no sun light so that was ok. The bed was hard but the staff got me 2 toppers which was great as I have a sore back. Location was quite - after midnight Staff very helpful Liked the pool area

Shower - very hard to get water at right temperture. Rooms could be cleaned better. They had concerts every night at Central Marina and I had to work one week in evening and this was very annoying as it was so loud up to midnight only thankfully. No drinks availavle at pool at 5pm one evening as bar staff had gone home - only beer - that was a pity - so went to Siem Siem for cocktails that night. Gym very poor .. no weights .. no aircondition also Shower area was under construction

Pleasant stay

Location was ok, but not as close to main bar areas as expected. Staff were great, very polite and helpful. Pleasant stay.

Location was further away from night life activity than expected.

Bad stay

Location only

Bed are hard...small room..I paid for 10 night had to leave on the 7th....they refused to refund...but instead gave me a voucher but valid for 1 month...I asked if there is gym near by they didn't know. Breakfast is not so good.

Staff are fantastic . Close to beach road and easy access to everything .

The bar by the pool never seemed to be open so few people used the pool .

Staff are friendly and eager to help The swimming pool is very underrated, i can’t describe how much enjoyed it.

-most services like room cleaning, restaurant, pool close at 5pm. So if you a night person you will not be able to use it. - location was not on main streets, but beach is like 4 mins walking. - NO Soundproof. You could hear everything in the next room or from outside. -balcony view were on other building (other balconies facing yours) and there was a construction going was bit noisy.

Great new hotel, good location close to various amenities and attractions Staff Khun Preaw (แพรว) , Kuhn Yaya (ยาญ่า) and all the other ladies are very pleasant, welcoming and helpful Nice size room Excellent breakfast Highly recommended and will stay there again in the future

Fridge too small and has no ice compartment, not possible to regulate and not very cold, shame as we need a cool fridge for specific medications and need to be able to freeze our ice pack for travelling. So it would be great to change the fridge type for our next visit in November.

My second time here...love it!! Very friendly staff and Excellent customer service, clean hotel, Spacious rooms...

Gym was small and limited options in breakfast. Breakfast is not a buffet so you get to choose some set options.

The room was not quite clean. I was found hair on the floor, and before stay I asked for a non-smoking room but the staff gave me a room that smelled quite strong, anyway they changed the room for us.

Overall great stay I would stay there again

The staff was very helpful and accommodating during my stay the hotel is very convenient to the beach and locations of where I wanted to go to

Some of the time restrictions to swim in the pool especially only closing at 9 o’clock on a hot day it’s nice to be able to take a dip in the pool to cool down down

the staff are very friendly and the location is very excellent , the rooms are very clean because of the works of the girl her name (KEA) .

the only problem was to pay for my stay in advance (upon arrival) which i did not like it , it should be at the last day of may stay ...that all.

Wonderful Pattaya

The location is great and the staff wonderful and very helpful. A real credit to the organisation.

Everything was good but I thought they could offer a bit more of a Western breakfast. They not have bacon which would have been nice. A very small complaint because the rest was good and the staff went above and beyond what you would expect.
