Overall pretty good stay. The location of the apartment is fantastic. Maybe 7-8 minutes walk into the center of the old town and the Riva. Supermarkets right next door.
Parking, although at times difficult to secure in August, is to be expected - peak season! People truly park wherever :D so just be creative and patient and it’s great to have.
The host was prompt with communication, clear check-in instructions and very flexible with us to leave our luggage early - much appreciated!
Apartment itself: very spacious with two bedrooms, comfortable bathroom with washing machine. While the cleaner has come, some areas need to be cleaned and repairs made in the apartment. The A/C in the bedroom was having some problems in final night and leaking. Many pots and pans needed to be scrubbed, oven interior wasn’t clean, fan over oven needs deep clean. Loose door handles, shower holder spun around/loose, etc - just things that need some attention for a 9.0 rating.
I shared the above with the owner who was very receptive so hopefully these things will be addressed for future guests.
Otherwise a good value and overall solid stay in Split.

Proveo sam vikend u ovom apartmanu u splitskom kvartu Lovret. Položaj je apsolutno idealan – smješten je u mirnom i ugodnom okruženju, a opet tik do samog centra grada i uz izuzetno dobru prometnu povezanost.
Dodatni ogroman plus je besplatan javni parking pred zgradom, što je za Split prava rijetkost i spas ako dolazite automobilom.
Sam prostor nije potpuno nov, ali je iznimno funkcionalan i opremljen svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak.
Posebne pohvale idu vlasniku za izvrsnu organizaciju i komunikaciju. Iako se nismo osobno sreli, cjelokupan proces i dogovor funkcionirali su bez greške.
Omjer cijene, lokacije i gostoprimstva je fantastičan. Toplo preporučujem!
