Spectacular staff - very helpful, courteous and professional. This facility is organized for ease. Easy to negotiate with luggage - no stairs; easy in and out. The room we had was quite literally steps from the beach - open your door and you're on it. The beach is a bit rocky but manageable when the sun is out and the water is calm, which is most of the time - easy to see and maneuver around the rocks. The restaurant is serviceable; service is terrific. Spa is lovely - a very nice massage. Bonus: There's a bus stop right in front that takes you to Siracusa in less than 30 minutes - very convenient if you don't have a car and want to avoid uber and taxi fees. In addition, the place is clean, quiet and very relaxing.
There's little or nothing to dislike about White Bay. We were very happy with our stay.

Breakfast was very good. Restaurant options on site for dinner were great.
The beach was extremely dirty . Full of cigarettes. Garbage and excessive amounts of seaweed

The view was amazing and the spa was incredible. The dinner was really lovely just very expensive
The property had nothing around it to do There were no shops or attractions to visit. There was no English tv channels nor a smart tv to connect your own apps and the air conditioning was terrible
