Basic guest house, not a resort or hotel

- Very quiet location. - Room had cooking faciilities.

- Owner didn't allow a later check out (requested a 1 hour extension), and was banging on the door at 11am demanding I vacate the room. - Owner adds a 3% surcharge if paying with credit card, meaning the customer has to pay HIS bank charges. - Property doesn't have a real swimming pool. - Property isn't as close to the beach as advertised.

2nd bedroom mattress on bed was very sustandard...could feel the springs not comfortable at all.

I loved our stay at B Happy. The accommodation that we booked was very spacious, light and breezy. It’s a short walk from the beach. We had lots of fun in the pool, which was a great size and nice and refreshing. Guido was a welcoming and friendly host. All up, I can highly recommend B Happy!

Well managed accommodation, with friendly and helpful staff. We found the location was a good balance of convenience (walking distance to beach and variety restaurants etc) and relatively quiet.

Good clean room, nice swimming pool.

Big modern clean room with fridge in a garden for a good price. Good silent AC. Acceptable WiFi. Swimming pool to refresh after beach day. Near bars and restaurants. Daily cleaning.

No chair or sofa to sit in the room. 15 min walk to the beach crossing a busy road.

Nice clean upstairs rooms with lovely balcony and full kitchen facilities. good value for money.

nice small room for shorter stay. very nice owner.

there was a strange smell from the bathroom. A lot of mosquitoes kept getting in the room, probably because of gap in the door

Superb

Really nice stay here. The owner showed us around and introduced us to the quickest route to the beach. Laundry service is just up the road, a few bars and a late night pizza shop 3 minutes walk away. It's about 10 minute walk to the beach which was fine. If it was closer I would imagine the hotel price would be higher.

All was good really, a mozy net would be perfect as I got bit to death. But mozy bites are not the owners fault.

Two nights stay at the end of our Thailand holiday.

B-Happy resort is situated on a quiet street, but still in 10 min walking distance to the beach and restaurants area. The pool is not too big but clean and cool. Guido, who runs the resort, is very helpfull. Our room was as if new, all modern and clean.

Good location for a short trip.

Hotel manager was very friendly and helpful.

The beds were very uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep. The mattress felt like a plank of wood.

Not great but was okay value for money

The location for Kamala beach and bars is perfect

The property is very dated and desperately needs a freshen up, my shower is was not great , drain blocks and also my room was cleaned every day but my towel was never changed but I guess you get what you pay for

perfectly located in Kamala, clean and friendly 😁

staff were so so friendly, extremely welcoming on arrival.. the guy that owned the place was away then for 2/3 days and had no issue with us staying on an extra day once we text, he was super friendly and helpful would really recommend

Kamala was probably just a little too quiet for us but that’s not at the fault of the property
