Nestled in Ninth Ward, this attractive cottage for $305 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Short Term Rental License Permit LIC.# 22-CSTR-1816. Operational Lic 22-OSTR-1815. I am a Super Host! That means I have all 5 star rating with excellent service provided for 4 years straight! This Historical Home was built in the early 1900's. Totally renovated, with all the charm of New Orleans. Our New Orleans Creole shotgun home is very spacious with new furniture and all the making of a comfortable home. The Historical Bywater neighborhood is an artsy area with easy access to the Quarter, Frenchman St, Crescent Park, cafes, restaurants, grocery, park, and bars all within walking distance. 1.4 miles to the French Quarter and 3 blocks to Chartres St. & the Mississippi River. Welcome, and enjoy our Historic Bywater neighborhood. We are close enough to the French Quarter to walk (15 -20-minute walk), but still far enough to not have the noise, expensive parking and activity of the French Quarter. If the walk is too much just call Uber For Around $6-10.00 (taxi), or rent a bike. The Brennah Rose Place has a Living room with hardwood floors, TV, sofa and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished, (but who wants to cook when you're in New Orleans and you have all this good food). Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and With new new mattress. Bedroom #2 has a new queen bed and mattress and hardwood floors. Master bedroom is upstairs and has a new king size bed with a new mattress, also has a full-size bed with a new mattress for guest traveling with small children that would like them to sleep in the same room with them and TV. Bathroom #1 consists of a toilet and combination tub/shower. Bathroom #2 consist of a toilet and shower. The Brennah Rose Place has all you need with a driveway and off street parking always close to the house. Plenty of street and building lights at night for when you return in the wee hours of the morning. Great Location.... We do not allow any parties, receptions, functions, and anything in that order. Sorry, but we are in a Historic Neighborhood, and we must respect our neighbors.

Our group really enjoyed this property. Walking disrance to several great bars, restaurants, and markets as well as the French Quarter. The home itself was clean and comfortable, with lots of NOLA charm. Hosts were helpful and responsive to questions. They alsi provided a lot of great information about things to do in the local area.

Group of 5 ladies loved this house. The neighborhood is friendly and holds a lot of hidden gems. The house was beautiful and colorful. I suggest taking advantage of the back porch. I would suggest asking about check out process early because we got the information day of check out.

The Brennah Rose Place was a great getaway spot in NOLA! Property was great with communication from the moment I booked until check out. House was just as pictured, and was a lovely stay. My one singular annoyance was that upon arrival, we had to remove the bedspreads and pillow shams and replace them with blankets from the closet, because the bedspreads were purely decorative and not for functional use. That was the last thing I wanted to do after driving 8 hours and hauling luggage inside and up the stairs. Frankly, it’s a bit ridiculous. That topic aside, the stay was wonderful and we didn’t have any issues. Despite my likely exaggerated irritation with the blankets, I’d definitely recommend this location.

What a unique property. It was very NOLA ish. Love all the decor. The owners were amazing. We added a day to the front end at the very last minute without any complications. Both arrival and departure processes were easy to understand. The neighborhood is very safe with families walking dogs and babies throughout the day (don't go too many blocks over though. kinda sketchy). We always felt safe and everyone in that area is so friendly. There were many small bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Loved Pizza Delicious and also the Bywater Bakery. Elizabeth's was soooo good and within walking distance as well. Our daughter's wedding was at The Marigny Opera House, just a short distance away. Renters should keep in mind that the downstairs bedrooms are "shotgun" style in that you walk through each one to get to the back of the house, which was fine for us since we were all family, but something to keep in mind. In addition, the King/Queen bedroom is upstairs (steep steps), so anyone with knee problems should stay on first floor. The house has heat and ac, and we were always comfortable. The back porch and sitting area was a very welcome place to relax each evening and morning. We would most definitely stay at this property again. Great experience.

They gave us many spectacular recommendations and had clear and helpful communication during our stay. The house itself was so cute and charming, and it was on a nice street, but the surrounding streets were a little sketchy. We didn't have any issues, but we also didn't walk around much locally. We took Ubers, which were very affordable from the location.

We all really loved the home and there was plenty of room for the five of us. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is the historic shotgun home we were hoping for and made us feel like part of New Orleans. The back yard was perfect for us to hang out in the evenings.

The third floor bedroom offers more privacy, but you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to a bathroom.
