The only thing that was missing the tv was not working.

Very friendly host.
Very close to cafes, mini markets and a market with vendors with grills, vegetables and fruits.
The host also has a restaurant in the same building.
The tram station os also very close.
It gets noisy early in the morning and late at night being on a busy street.
No hair dryer.
Internet not very fast.
No smart TV with Netflix or YouTube.

Modern, spacious studio apartment in central Rabat, right next to the tram station - 7dh per ride to the medina. The host was attentive to all of our needs (additional towel etc). There is someone available to speak English, which was useful. The flat was relatively clean and all of the basic kitchen essentials were there (cutlery, plates, etc). There is also a mini fridge which was great. They let us check in early, which was really kind.
There were multiple ants in the bathroom and on all of the floors and a few in the bed which made me uncomfortable but it wasn't bad enough for me to leave, we didn't tell the host as we weren't staying for long, but I'm sure they would endeavour to sort it if alerted. The shower leaks, not that badly, but it made the whole bathroom wet. Also, the studio initially didn't have any toilet paper which they sorted out quickly when we asked. A couple of stains on the bed sheets. Also, no body wash or shampoo.
