I choosed becouse the position of the house is " strategical" , close to the city center, close to the railway station , 15 minutes walk to the closest beach. A lot of restaurants also very close. A spatious terrace for me is a must must. The area is also out from the turist zone , so you can join the morning capuccino with local people. The host was really nice waiting for us. Good coffe .
As the flat is on the 6th floor the water pressure was low, but ok. I think in August in Monopoli you can not expect the Niagara falls...

No me gustó el piso pegado a otro donde nos recibió el padre había una puerta con un mueble por mucha llave de puerta de entrada que te dieran, esa puerta la vi a accesible desde piso de al lado.
