The staff were excellent and the service was top-notch. The food was okay, and the coffee was excellent, as you would expect in a South American country. The showers were very good, and the beds were comfy.
The views are amazing and the jacuzzi and pool were really good.
I want to go above and say the staff here are really excellent and the service was totally 5*.
I got injured during my excursions in Bolivia, so for once I spent quite a bit of time in the hotel and noticed that:
The sauna and steam room didn't really get very hot; they were clean, but after 20 minutes in each, I felt I had barely built up a sweat.
The first sports massage I received was excellent; it was on the level of the massages I got in East Asia. However, not all the masseurs were at the same level.
Also, the room where the massages took place wasn't cleaned; I noticed bits of food and salad on the floor two days in a row.
Regarding the shower in the massage area: after getting a body scrub, I had to take a shower, but unfortunately, it was cold and didn't warm up at all, so I had to finish up in my room.
