Exceptional

Location was great and parking is so handy in the area. Huge space with everything you need to enjoy a holiday in Otranto. Washing Machine was great for a beach location as well.

Great place to stay

Spacious and very clean apartment with practical kitchen. Located right above a supermarket and a 10minute walk to nearest beaches.

The windows are thin and let in quite some noise from the street. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable and it felt like a topper was missing. We however were able to fix that problem by transferring the matress of the sleeping couch over on top of the bed.

A prime example of what you see is not always what you get!

The staff were pleasant , it was close to Otranto town & it had an iron & ironing board.

Where do I begin…. ? Our satnav led us to the address listed on the Booking.Com site. The young girl arrived & led us further up the road to what we christened “The Barn”. The first thing we noticed when we went inside was the overwhelming smell of mustiness & damp. She took our money , checked our passports & off she went. In hindsight I should’ve said something immediately but I didn’t want to be “that person”, however it just got worse. The ants started to appear in their droves. And when you looked a bit closer there were dead ants everywhere. When we got into bed it felt damp and uncomfortable. So in the morning I contacted them and explained our issues. To be fair, she offered to move us immediately to the block of apartments we were originally at 🙄. It was fine….no ants. They look cool in the photos but the reality is they are non practical, grubby and do not lend themselves to holiday rentals . The clunky stone sinks & mirrors and painted concrete walls and floors are jaded , tired and I found them a bit depressing. They offered us a free night, which we couldn’t take as we were moving on, but too be honest I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Great location, close to railway station and historical centre.

For our 4 day stay, no kettle on arrival but was provided one on day 3. Internet was inconsistent due to technical problems, no oven in apartment 3.

Good parking with a spacious clean apartment. Useful to be close to the supermarket.

Couldn’t really use the balcony as the aircon unit blew hot air into the table and chairs. Also small issue with slow draining shower.

We loved the location, we loved the design of the apartment, it was very quirky. Also communication was generally very good and we received numerous restaurant recommendations.

The kitchen was missing a kettle and also some basic condiments e.g.salt, pepper sugar. Would have been nice to have some wine glasses. Otherwise a perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay in specious good equipped Appartment.

almost everything. good locality, specious rooms.

Quality of beds in leaving room was poor. Folding sofa beds was noisy and uncomfortable. I can’t recommend for teenagers.

The rooms are very clean, big and modern. The location is excellent with a 5 min walk to the beach and a great super market just below the apartment. I would stay here again.

apartment is very spacious, new, clean, close to the beaches, city center and bus station. downstairs is a supermarket with literally everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Modern and very spacious apartment, it has everything you need, great location in quiet area but near the town centre and the beach, the shop at the corner of the building.

Great apartment location. Nice to have the supermarket downstairs and the covered car parking. Recommended.

Exceptional

Good contact via SMS, friendly welcome. Even small presents in kitchen. Stylish and well equipped apartment. Good location, parking lot in garage for free and supermarket in same building. Just 5 minutes walk to " downtown" and beach. Anytime again!

In summertime a sunumbrella would be helpful.

Well appointed apartment & handily located for the town, the beach & the train station. Free groceries on arrival were an added nice touch.

Very good

Very nice apartment. Everything is new and the apartment was very clean. We had a nice balcony which we loved to use. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the center. The free parking in the garage is also great, we always found a free spot easily. Check-in/-out was very easy too.

Value for money is ok. The windows are very bad so it's very noisy and we often thought the window was open but it wasnt. Made sleeping difficult. The kitchen is not very good equiped and providing one role of toilet paper is a bit stingy.
