Location is very good, close to the bus station and the main park. Enzo is a very good staff member, he helped me with information and recommendations when I didn't even ask. I did a lot of the things he recommended me and that made my experience in Mendoza way better than I had planned. Because of him I did give 7 starts instead of 5 or 4
One of the receptionist was extremely weird at the time I paid for the reservation.

One of the receptionist acted quite weird during my check in, he said I had to cancel one of my reservations because in the sistem he couldn't charge me separately. I couldn't cancel one of them that was for 1 night and the other one that was for 3 night booking.com was charging me 9usd of I cancel. So I told him I couldn't and he got upset and said that I did wrong my reservation and ask me why. I did 2 separate reservations because I changed my bus to arrive to ther schedule so I added 1 more night in the hostel. I asked him why I couldn't pay for both and he gave me nonsense answers but finally he said that the hostel gets charged more if there is 2 reservation instead of 1. I don't know but looked very sketchy, because for what I saw later was that the hostel uses Cloudbeds, which is a platform to manage reservations and I had work with that before and what this receptionist said it didn't make any sense.

Great location. Staff were really helpful and encouraged group activities such as cycling wine tours. Breakfast was great. Really nice outdoor space

I had booked a bed in a dorm as the hotel was full and they did not have a full room for me. The stay was OK. The breakfast was OK. The staff was helpful. They even told me where could I eat in a nice manner, It was fair value for my money.
The checkout time is rather earlier in the day. The property was crowded.
