We had a wonderful stay. First and foremost, the staff was absolutely amazing - incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to do everything they could to make our stay comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool was perfect. The hotel is surrounded by nature and is very peaceful, which is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place.
The only downside was the cold shower and weak water pressure, although the staff did everything they could to help, including checking the system and offering alternative showers.
Due to elephants in the area, leaving the hotel in the evening isn’t possible, so dinner has to be at the hotel. However, the menu is varied and reasonably priced.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations.
We stayed here for 2 nights, but could have easily stayed for longer.
The staff were welcoming, and very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble.
The hotel grounds and pool were beautiful and well maintained. You can tell that there is a lot of care that goes in to this property.
Our room was spacious, with a lovely view from the balcony.
We were able to spot lots of wildlife around the hotel, including monkeys running through the pool area. This hotel is perfectly located for Minneriya safari, and sigriya.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive, we arrived about midnight and had been left some fruit and other food in the room after a long trip from the airport. The pool was huge and very quiet, we were allowed food and drinks by the pool which was nice. Our room was spacious and clean with a private balcony.

The staff were very friendly, especially those in the restaurant and by the swimming pool. They were incredibly helpful and considerate, making our stay a truly enjoyable experience. They even helped us check the condition of our rental car and reminded us of the problem of the flat tire problem.
There were also some dogs living at the hotel, and the staff took great care of them. They even regularly fed the squirrels and peacocks. Wonderful!
Additionally, the front desk staff helped us book a fantastic jeep safari trip to the national park.
