We arrived from Belgium after a very long flight and the staff made a real effort to get our room ready as soon as possible, which made a big difference with a tired 1.5-year-old. The suite was enormous and gave us access to The Level, which was lovely to be able to use while our daughter was asleep in the room. Great accommodation, great breakfast and a decent price on top of it.
Honestly, very little. Nothing stood out as a problem during our stay.

This is an older hotel that needs to be updated. Trim is falling, beds and bedding are old, tile cracked, etc.
