La famille qui s’occupe de la guest house sont extrêmement gentil, à l’écoute. Ils ont même insisté pour nous vêtir de leurs habits traditionnels durant les fêtes. Tout était propre et confortable, ménage quotidien.

Highly recommend this family owned homestay located in a quiet community within walking distance of the Monkey Forest and the center of Ubud. My room was clean, included a comfortable bed and working AC. The family creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, not to mention a cute little girl who welcomes you with a smile when you walk in. I would've stayed longer if it wasn't already booked. This place was the highlight of my Bali trip.

Perfect place both for leisure and work!

The hosts were super nice, helpful and friendly. The rooms were really clean, comfortable and simply pretty. The neighbourhood was quiet and the guesthouse itself was very charming with a lot of green. The wifi was very good, perfect if you need to work. I really recommend this place. Greetings to the lovely family and once again thank you for your hospitality!

Clean, comfortable rooms

The owners were so lovely and really helpful, giving us suggestions on where to go and visit and also helped us to book onward travel to Nusa Penida. Good breakfast every morning for 20,000 which was brought to us to eat outside our room. Great location, we rented a bike from the owners for a good price. Room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our 3 night stay.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing - I extended my stay (again)! This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property and I will be back again. The hosts are the friendliest and kindest people and they make your time there so special. Breakfast is tasty and with variety, the rooms very clean and comfortable. WIFI is consistently good. I can't wait to go back again!

Very good place, also to work from

A very new, clean, beautiful and stylish room, extremely confortable bed anything you need in the room. Two different tables, including the one outside, so when i wanted to work in room with a/c the owner offered to change the tables position for it to be even more confortable. The wifi was amazing! Very good speed for working with videoconfs and having movies at the same time.

The location is a bit further from the center, but still reachable even by food (though at night dark at some places). The price is a bit higher then same type of accomodation with breakfast, so having breakfast included would have been nice

Friendly staff, very comfortable room and great pancakes!

Such a comfortable bed in a spacious room with everything you need. The owners were so lovely and went out of their way to help you. I had an amazing breakfast in the morning, best pancakes I’d eaten in Bali! Plus free drinking water :)

More than a B&B

There is simply nothing you can complain about when staying at Umah Dajane. They are a very nice and welcoming family, it's a great place to learn about Balinese culture and way of life and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The place is in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance from the busy central streets, but a scooter does help a lot in order to be able to explore Ubud at will. We couldn't be happier about our choice. A place to return to.

Loved our stay here

The host family are so welcoming and are more than happy to help you plan your trip and share their knowledge. We learned lots of things about the local culture and a few important phrases to get by. The room was modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was provided each morning with a good choice including traditional breakfasts to try! Our room was cleaned every day when we went out. Fridge in reception to keep any water/food. We were always offered tea/coffee when we were in which was a nice touch. In a quiet area, not woken by animals or road noise.

The shower didn't get very hot, but not a huge deal. The guest house is located 20 mins or so from the city centre down various little back streets. Dark at night time, no street lighting and quite a few groups of dogs that bark a lot on the route into the centre. We were assured that they do not bite but we still found them a little intimidating. The pillows are quite thick, we slept on the smaller, decorative pillows as they were much thinner.

Feel like my home in ubud

Very very clean ( daily cleaning ) room, no any ants or insects in the room. Very very kind Indonesian family runs this quiet homestay. They are always smiling. Very nice breakfast. They offered me vegan pancake with fruits. Thanks! Hope see you again.

A bit far from the center.( but enjoyable ) 10 min walk to yoga barn and through yoga barn we can reach to the center of ubud. ( another 10 min )

Amazing

Everything was amazing and the host's hospitality is incredible. If you are Japanese, you'll be able to speak easily with the host as he can find his way around your language. Every morning they served us breakfast and gave us advice on what to do around the town and the area. Will definitely come back if I can

Beautiful rooms and fantastic hosts

Very friendly and accommodating hosts, lovely breakfasts with fruits a drink and either omlette, scrambled eggs or pancakes and beautiful hotel standard rooms. Amazing for the price.

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and very accommodating 24/7. Breakfast time was very flexible and they served delicious food of your choice. Moreover, the place was clean and cozy. They had scooter rental and a guidebook with which you can plan your activities ahead.
