Das Team war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und professionell. Man hatte von der ersten Minute an das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Toll der Ausblick zum Kanal! Das Frühstück war optimal, weil individuell auswählbar. Sehr gutes Restaurant.

Toller Ausblick auf den. Nord-Ostsee-Kanal, da das Hotel direkt am Kanal liegt. Das nachhaltige Frühstücksangebot ist super.
Nichts. Wir waren schon das 3. Mal Gäste im Kanalhaus.

Pleasant modern hotel in a clean harbour area with good views of the canal .
The restaurant provided bland but decent food,
Our room was 30 steep steps up a covered outside staircase!
There was a rather strict and impersonal service....not one smile was to be glimpsed behind the masks!
