The Space:
Recently refreshed in April 2026, our 'Marais Picasso' apartment combines modern luxury with classic Parisian charm. The bright drawing room features a large comfortable sofa, premium leather armchairs, and a dining area. Solid oak parquet floors and double-glazed windows ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay.
Sleeping arrangements for up to 9 guests:
Three quiet and spacious double bedrooms with 5-star hotel standard beds and bed linens.
• Bedroom 1: King bed. A third single bed is set up for parties of 9.
• Bedroom 2: King bed.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, configurable as a king.
• Salon: High-quality 160 cm sofa bed designed for everyday use; no cushions to remove.
Kitchen:
The brand-new modern kitchen, installed April 2026, has solid walnut countertops and all-new appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Bathrooms:
• Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with a large tub, shower unit and WC.
• Bathroom 2: Shower room with walk-in Italian shower and WC.
Comfort:
• Fully integrated air conditioning and good heating.
• Reliable Wi-Fi, Smart TV with access to local, international channels and apps - Netflix etc
• Room-darkening curtains in all bedrooms.
• Travel cot available free of charge
• Hair dryers and iron/ironing board are also provided.
Guest Access:
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an elegant and well-maintained 19th-century Haussmannian building, complete with an elevator. For your peace of mind, the building has coded entry and interphone access. The apartment is fitted with high-grade, multi-lock security doors. Paid parking is available off premises.

The street is very quiet and set in one of the most sought-after parts of the Marais. Place des Vosges, the Musée Picasso, art galleries, and many other highlights are all within easy walking distance. Excellent restaurants, cafés, and food and clothing shops are right on your doorstep. We had a great stay at this property in the Marais. Very well located, the property was clean, good communication from the host and the apartment was well stocked. Will stay with this host again.

The location was ideal. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the neighborhood. Location very close to the St Sebastien Metro.Need to take the Metro or Uber to most major attractions.

Their apartment was perfect for my family stay in Paris. Everything that I expected from the photos. All rooms are good sizes, really comfortable beds and it’s really quiet particularly considering you’re in the Marais. Beautifully stylish kitchen which we understand was recently put in . Ac worked really well and it had an elevator. Great location. Museums restaurants café shops right there and the Metro is 53 steps away . My daughter counted !! we will definitely book again..

The check-in was very smooth; our host greeted us promptly and gave us a helpful tour of the apartment. We also appreciated the generous supply of towels and the endless hot water.However, the unit did not meet our expectations for a high-end stay. The kitchen was not functional for cooking, with a tiny refrigerator and older cookware. The air conditioning unit was very loud and unfortunately vented hot air directly into the kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment showed significant signs of wear and tear, including worn cabinets, broken flooring pegs, and numerous areas needing a fresh coat of paint. For these reasons, we would not consider this a suitable alternative to a 4 or 5-star hotel.
