would stay again, great for families

the views were lovely, the back balcony is huge! it’s bigger than we expected and the buggy was a blast to scoot around the Island on. the kitchen was a good size. the beds were comfortable as were the pillows. the location was walking distance to one tree hill which was easy and lovely.

there were some issues with the apartment above having water damage issues that impacted our stay minimally but all the same, impacted. the manhole to check water leaks in the spare room fell out in the middle of the night and would have landed on our kids head had he been in the bed which wasn’t very safe. the island bus is convenient (we had to catch a bit with family of 5 as buggy caters only to 4) but at night it is PITCH BLACK coming down the hill so be careful and make a plan if you are doing that. the kitchen is fairly well equipped but no sugar, tea or coffee, oil, salt or pepper so be prepared that there is nothing there if you plan on eating at home. only having one set of keys was tricky as we split up to do different activities and it was hard to coordinate.

Very good

The location was pretty good and the view was amazing. The apartment was spacious.

The kitchen could have been a little better equiped with cooking utensils eg wooden spoons, sharp knives, bread knife and BBQ tools - we did appreciate the coffee machine and sandwich toaster.

A very relaxing stay.

The view was fantastic. The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery. A buggy was included.

The pool does not get a lot of sun.

5 night family stay - good facility but in need of some maintenance.

Kitchen size Inc fridge, stove, oven & BBQ. Washing machine & dryer. Air con in each room. 2 bathrooms & toilets. 6 chairs at table inside & comfortable lounge. Multiple TV'S. Main bed was comfy and multiple pillows to choose from. Having a pool close by. Clothing rack was great. The pick up and drop off at the airport was so handy with all our luggage. Loved the dimmable lights in the living area. So handy!

The spa out the back was dangerous with multiple lifting tiles, especially after we filled it - I panicked and got the kids out ASAP as it felt like the spa was sinking. There are also bogged up bits of rusty spa exposed too.. Stains on the double bed in the kids bedroom when we arrived - bed has also sunk in the middle. Only 4 chairs out the back. No house keeping for 5 nights wasn't great. We needed fresh towels with 3 kids and multiple beach trips even with bringing 2 towels each. We also needed a top up of shampoo etc. The buggy only fits 4 people and this isn't disclosed when booking that you can't fit 5 people. We also indicated needing a car seat for our 3 year old which was an option upon booking & when we arrived we had no car seat. After multiple attempts to make contact, we were told we needed to go to the buggy hire place to get one ourselves (and pay for ourselves). The vacuum was terrible. Shower leaked in the ensuite and the ensuite toilet also flushes itself about every 20 minutes so kept me awake a lot of the night. The people above us were very noisy - and the add makes it look like the pool is right at your back door and that the view of the water is huge. I think the trees have grown since the photos because we couldn't see a lot from our balcony - that was really disappointing. The pool is also old and does need some maintenance by the looks. There were lots of tiny ants in the kitchen but it did come equipped with fly spray. Would have been nice to have basic things like oil, salt, pepper etc.

Great views

wonderful views , very spacious apartment, apartment was well presented with aircon on which was very much appreciated

The showers needed a scrub the doors were mouldy and the filters on the range hood needed to be cleaned . When I used the stove top element fat was dripping down into the stove top

Beautiful and affordable

Absolutely amazing apartment for families Massive and a wonderful view. We were greeted at the airport by our valet and transported to the apartment Great golf buggy included well appointed kitchen Fab onsite pool Awesome location close to marina and resort facilities

The only thing that could be improved with the apartment is only 2 towels were provided for bath towels and 2 beach towels - when 4 people were booked to stay for a week. Luckily I’d packed our beach towels. There definitely should be more. Towel rail in bathroom not there

Was great! Apartment was great for our family. Great size for our family of five and spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. Location was great. Close to marina and resort side also.

the view was great and the size of the apartment was perfect

the golf buggy and some things in the apartment were in need of replacing

Location, layout

Not very clean, bed was very poor, check out process was poor, other people staying at same property got to keep their cart untill check in at airport and had their luggage delivered to airport, we got ditched down the road with all our luggage to wait for hours and find our own way to airport Im not happy about this.

location, view, size of apartment… pool & buggy including transfers

comfort of lounge was not comfortable & also the bed in the master bedroom. shower had no door or curtain… had to be repaired … they gave us extra floor towels to compensate the situation

Great views and good size apartment

Apartment needs a good clean, 5 th bed as requested was not made up , sore blankets are dirty , shower door was missing , shower is full of mould . Ran out of toilet paper - no or slow response to text messages as they answer the calls

Excellent stay.

Great view and location. Nice balcony with table and grill. Spacious. Simple, tasteful decor.

The shower door in 2nd bathroom was missing. The kitchen garbage can lid did not work.

great location with amazing sunsets each day. large comfortable apartment with plenty of room for the little kids to play. balcony is a great size. the apartment has everything you need for your stay. they have really thought about everything.

Disappointing

Great locarion

We were called the day before our arrival and told we would have no air conditioning for the duration of our stay. We had booked the apartment 6 months in advance. It was extremely uncomfortable, no air or breeze and we struggled to sleep. The hottest time of year with humidity almost 100 percent!! Not only that but dealing with management wasn’t very pleasant, zero care factor. The cleanliness of the apartment was average, mainly the bathrooms. The pool wasn’t clean and almost looked swampy. We had a very disappointing stay and paid a high tariff.

New Refrigerator delivery during our stay Smells and noises of neighbours (Bacon and egg smell very strong in our room in the morning) No coffee, tea, sugar, milk One towel per person for a 6 day stay
