Location is right next to the nice forest, Alfa shopping mall is 10 walking min away, city center can be reached witin 15-20 min by car. Secured parking right in front of the window.
Appartment wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived. After some calls and discissions with the owner he promissed to clean it next day. And it was done good then.
Overall appartment condition is a kinda used. Bathroom and especially shower cabin need to be renewed.
Kitchenett should have a bit better and younger kitchen equipment, to my opinion.
Overall appartment is ok for a quick single person budget stay. But for a nicer stay exprience it definitely need to be improved and equipped “with a soul” and modern furniture.
