Excelente atención y sus dueños los mejores anfitriones, preocupados por cada detalle de nosotros. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y ordenada. Realmente es un lujo hospedarse aquí por su amabilidad y por lo céntrico del recinto.

La cordialidad, muy amables. Preocupación, muy buena atención. Don Eladio excelente anfitrión. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia, cálida.
Quizás por ser una casa en más de 100 años, propio de las edificaciones de Pto. Montt (es lo que buscábamos), tenía un aroma a los años, que en absoluto le quita méritos.

The owners are very kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me in the morning when I was trying to get an Uber to the port.
I think the place is too expensive for what you get and compared to hotels Puerto Varas and on Chiloe.. I'd be ok with it if the price had been lower. Also, AGAIN I was charged the tax, which I believe foreigners don't need to pay if they are paying by cash or a foreign credit card. They don't accept card.
There was no heat in my room so it was a bit cold. And the wall near the head of the bed wasn't so clean - I think a previous guest smeared something on the wall.
The area is a bit sketchy.
