Quite OK by Manilan standards

This hotel belongs to the best hotels in this price range in Manila. It is close to the airport and they have Netflix, and even a pool. I had the chance to check some more hotels in Manila too, and I can tell you that most of them are really terrible and definitely worse than this, so if you found this hotel, and you can not significantly pay more for a night, just book it, do not hesitate, you will not find any better.

There were cockroaches. And the smell of the cockroach repellent chemicals was so strong that I simply had to collect them from all the drawers and throw them out. There was really such a strong chemical smell that I had the feeling they want to kill me instead of the cockroaches. But you have to know that in Manila there will be cockroaches in every hotel. So vainly you will try to find another one with no cockroaches, do not even try, you just waste your time. I did not like that the pool was not cleaned like a pool should be cleaned. I mean the water did not flow aways at the edges of the pool, there was absolutely no water circulation or water filtration, so the guests basically swam in each others saliva after some days. They cleaned the pool with chemicals once a week, but this still could not ever meet any European hygienic standards. But again, even with this problem the hotel belongs to the best ones in Manila in this price range.

Clean and adequate.

The apartment is conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from Terminal 3. You do not exit the terminal to take the skybridge across to the apartment complex. Everything was adequate without being special. Security is very tight but helpful.

Most things could be improved slightly, that being said the apartment is more than adequate for a single night layover between flights. The domestic terminal is a taxi ride away. Only upmarket shopping in the immediate environs.

Booked for 3 adults, but only got 1 bed.

The proximity to the airport is always great at Palm Tree / Newport.

When the 3 of us arrived, we were given a room with 1 bed only. There were 4 contact numbers and we had to contact all until qe reached anyone, who told us there is a spare mattress and spare bedsheets in the room. Thw spare matrass was more like a yoga mat though and the spare sheets were dirty and smelly. We were then called somebody would come and prepare a second bed. We ended up waiting until 1am and having to call several times (in between, they just turned their phones off) until finally somebody came and helped us to get some sleep before a long haul flight. Booking.com was informed but the accommodation claimed our problem was solved and so we don't get a refund. Also, we had a very similar experience with a different accommodation in One Palm Tree. Interestingly, although they have a different listing, it was the same people and contact numbers. You also never get the condo you actually booked for, but any of the condos the specific investor owns (and still claims it's private accommodation, although they own several units and run it more like a condotel). All in all, it feels a bit fraudulent.

Near T3 but taxi doesn’t want to go to palm tree cause of trafic issue….

The security mess up the rooms they told me to go to cluster A then when we are already resting the told us to transfer to cluster C

hassle-free check in/check out, great location as it is close to NAIA3 (runway manila is open 24/7), property owner was kind enough to grant my request (coffee, slippers, and towels)

The ambience and room is quite spacious, perfect place to stay in Manila if you have an onward journey, walkable distance to the airport, I would certainly come back here and encourage people to stay here. 😀

During day/ early afternoon, the sun directly comes into the room. Can't keep the curtain open ... it's too hot.

Location is brilliant, can walk to terminal 3

Couldn't borrow trolley to get my luggage to the airport even though I'd walk all the way back to return it so had to order someone with car to help me with it which was much more expensive than it should for 2min ride.

Fantastic location and good value for money.

Great location. Easy walk to/from NAIA Terminal 3 via Runway Manila. Having a washing machine was a big plus after a week of traveling! Good security at entrance to the complex and at the lobby.

Very little I didn't like. Just attention to a few details would help. For example, there wasn't any bottled water in the room when I arrived.

The owner & her staff are accommodating. The location & facilities are quite good.

The beddings were not clean. The blanket was itchy & the pillow cases smelled like lthey had been used for several days. The rug in the comfort room was neither changed & a stained & dirty towel was hung at the comfort room.

Size of room was big enough for us, the bed was also comfortable and enough to accommodate us. So far we liked the whole stay considering the accommodation was very proximate to other establishments.

There was a woman opening the door without knocking the morning after, good thing the wife was already awake. She (the woman) said she thought or was told that we checked out already. Would have been a breach of privacy if we were all sleeping that time.
