Really nice apartment, great value for money!

Nicely decorated and had a terrace which was lovely!

Would be good to get more instructions on getting in to the building. We didn’t realise there was a keypad (as it was touch screen, so numbers didn’t appear unless you pressed on it a few times, we just thought it was a buzzer).

10/10 recommend. Superb location and very comfortable. Spacious apartments with helpful staff.

The location is in a quiet alley but very easy to get everywhere by foot. The whole building smells nice and just gives a calm feeling. The apartment is very spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Host is very responsive and helpful throughout the whole journey. Provide luggage storage as well.

No views of the city but there are nice mural drawings outside the window.

Fijne rustige locatie met alle faciliteiten!

Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig! Locatie was ook echt top. Plus de regendouche was echt zeer aangenaam!

La doccia ha allagato tutto il bagno Il check in on line da migliorare perché mi hanno inviato un codice sbagliato…ma il personale ha risposto subito però a volte il codice non apriva subito la porta

Perfect, quite location

Location was very good . The accommodation was so so quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchenette was well equipped and everything was clean. Plenty of towels. Air con was very efficient .

A latch on the bathroom door to stop the sliding door opening when the bathroom was in use. A door stop to prevent the kitchen doors switching the lights on/off. These are not complaints just suggestions.

Le jacuzzi ne chauffait pas l’été, même si le principe du jacuzzi est que l’eau soit bien chauffé à forte température donc inutilisable pour nous un peu déçu quand on réserve spécialement pour profiter d’un jacuzzi

Awesome stay. Very comfortable.

The penthouse was amazing. Jacuzzi was so relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Nearby shops and cafes.

The kitchen door wasn’t necessary.

Designer apartment, spacious and well located

Designer apartment,, spacious, well organised, the hallway is very nice.. nice artistic touch. A bottle of cold water was waiting for me in the fridge on a 40degrees day, which is very nice. Close to city center. Easy check in and check out and simple communication. Will happily come back.

The wardrobe interior had a lot of dust, could be easily cleaned, so the rating would be top.

I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Really nicely presented. Traditional sevillano town house in the old quarter. Everything was exceptionally clean. Very good value.

Great apartment, probably the best I've stayed in in Seville

Some people don't like the long apartment shape. Also shutters would be better than curtains as there is some street noise and street lighting to block out.

Superspot in Seville

Location is in a quiet street, just a short walk from all the main sights, shopping, restaurants and bars. Apartment is well-designed, spotlessly clean and spacious. The patio area provides an extra bit of space and cool air. Mariel, our host could not have been more helpful and flexible on the run-up to our stay, and when we arrived much earlier than expected.

Modern property which was cleaned daily with fresh towels when required. Nice central location. Comfy beds. Easy access with key-in code. Aldi very close - handy for stocking up on water etc.

Our apartment was on the ground floor so a bit of road noise and also the building air-con is quite noisy

Good hotel in old town.

The location of hotel is perfect, within the old town, with walking distance to almost all the important sites of interests of the city, it is easy to find stores, restaurants and bars around. The hotel is in a well refurbished and maintained historical house, the facilities are very convenient and new, the decorations are beautiful with local style, the rooms are quite spacious. It is using digital ways to do managements, which are very convenient. I really have a good stay in this hotel and enjoyed a nice holiday in Seville.

It is noisy during the night when cars passing by.

fantastic short stay in Seville

Great modern property with daily cleaning. it was my birthday and there was lovely surprise champagne.

the aircon didn’t seem to be working which made it a bit hot in the room. not a big issue in February but would be more annoying in the summer.

Exceptional

Everything! It was super comfortable, easy to enter and leave with keyless locks. The apt is well-designed, towels are large and super--absorbent. The kitchen allowed us to have our breakfast there. It's close to everything near the center. They have a Nespresso coffeemaker and provides capsules everyday. Everything's very modern in a historic building built by a famous sevillano architect.

Just some small things. They could have larger size coffee cups in the kitchen. Also one of the soap containers in the bathroom had a nozzle that broke off and was unusable.

Little gem in the centre of Sevilla

Location is perfect if you are looking to stay in the centre of Sevilla. The apartment is well equipped and everything works perfectly. Tea & Coffee and water in the room, a plus which makes a difference. All very clean.

The only thing I missed was a TV in front of the bed as the TV is just in the lounge area. Not a problem though.
