1) Though property is in the city market area bit still it's quiet and peaceful
2)They have parking facility
3)Rooms are clean Hygienic and sophisticated
4) Every corner has notes for you to read and feel better
5)Hotel staff was co operative
6)Center desk people were also helpful and prompt
7)Great location for visiting tourists places in and around city
Like kass platue 26km Ajinkyatara fort 3-4 km
Loved to Stay here and will come back soon
1) They don't have restaurant
But one can order online and for dine in options are available in 1km area

We are staying in this property since last 3 years its good property.
Property is of Treebo so as soon as you book property you start getting messages on whatsapp about advance payment if you ignore those messages considering you booked through Booking.com and nothing will happen then you will be wrong.We had two bookings one they cancelled but Booking.com was showing confirmation after cancelling the said booking. So in short if you want to stay then do not ignore Treebo's WA messages.Booking.com has limited control here.

Friendliness and attitude of the staff which was really commendable. They were forthcoming to help wherever possible.
The approach roads of the property which is not in their control.

No attached restaurant. Complementary breakfast was served late evening after prior intimation to get it by 7.45 am.
