Una perla rispetto al quartiere

Bella struttura, ben organizzata. Non abbiamo avuto modo di vedere bene i dintorni ma si tratta comunque di zona non turistica (l'hotel è una perla rispetto all'ambiente circostante). Reception gentile e accogliente. Camera ok ma con finestra utile solo quale presa d'aria. La reception è sostanzialmente tutt'uno con un ristobar / pasticceria al piano terra, aperto al pubblico, di buona qualità. Quell'unico giorno non c'è stata confusione: ho potuto lavorare al pc su un tavolo al bar, con wifi potente, musica jazz di sottofondo, poca gente: super.

Buono per spostarsi nell’isola

Vicino al porto di arrivo, è una posizione comoda per fare il giro dell’isola. Personale cortese e molto disponibile, lascia dei bigliettini carini all’arrivo e il dolcetto della buonanotte.

Distante dalla spiaggia Alona Beach, la connessione Wi-Fi in camera non è prestante, dovevamo stare nel hall per usare la connessione veloce. Il doccino della doccia era pieno di calcare e l’acqua usciva male, la camera nel complesso si presenta bene ma la testata del letto era tutta rotta.

Sweet and helpful boutique hotel

Everyone made us feel welcomed and were very keen to help. When we asked about a specific vehicle, they were more than happy to look around for us. Unfortunately not as common as we thought, they did provide us with options so we could get around.

Расположение к порту.

Отель не оправдал своего громкого и модного названия!! Если в Вашем название отеля присутствует слово " Boutique" будьте так любезны соответствовать заявленному!! Коротко об этом отеле можно написать следующее: внутри го..но блестит лишь упаковка! НО, я напишу подробно для "будущих постояльцев", чтобы они более внимательно быбирали отель! Итак! В номере нашего отеле не оказалось окна, оно как бы есть, но сразу за окном огромная труба вытяжной вентиляции из ресторона и она работала, а за трубой металлические жалюзи (фото прилагается). Ресторан работал, вытяжка гудела и находится в номере было не комфортно, но это было еще полбеды, после того как мы включили кондиционер который по внешнему виду был древний как мамонт, стало понятно, что мы ошиблись с выбором.Последний раз, я такие кондиционеры видел лет 20 назад. Кондиционер работал очень громко, температура и скорость работы выставить не возможно. Попросил администратора поменять номер, она предложила такой же номер с таким же древним кондиционером, но с "балкном" и с доплатой в 800 песо. Отказались менять номер, так как : кондиционер так же шумно работал, "балкон" на нем просто цветы стояли в горшках, размер номера такой же был! ПОЧЕМУ ДОПЛАТА 800 ПЕСО??? Администратор нас убедила, что вытяжка не будет работать ночью и мы решили остаться в своём номере, да она нас не обманула, но в 5 утра с диким визгом вытяжку включили! Вообщем ночь была бессонной и потливой так как при включенном кондиционере не возможно уснуть а при выключенным очень жарко и душно!

Kein gutes Hotel. Preis Leistung stimmen hier auf keinen Fall überein.

Es liegt ein Geruch von Schimmel in der Luft auf den Zimmern. Die Klimaanlage zieht die Abgase von der Straße ein, man kann kaum vernünftig atmen. Habe die ganze Nacht husten müssen. Die Zimmer entsprechen bei weitem nicht den Bildern.

Avoid if you are a smoker

It's not a bad location. it might be OK for 1 night.

The management of the hotel has stupid rules. They will charge you 5000 pesos if you smoke on the balcony!?!! The breakfast was not good at all. It sure doesn't feel like home.

Taglibaren Finest Hotel.

The size of my Room,and the wonderfully comfortable bed..The staff were Pleasent and helpful ..even the Security .. will definitely stay here again..on my next trip.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel

It’s a very beautiful hotel that’s clean and well-appointed. The location is accessible and near the ferry station. Comfortable bed and nice coffee shop at the lobby. Staff are very helpful. There is a popular chicken barbecue restaurant at the ground floor.

Nice hotel, great staff.

Cappuccino got charged extra, had to buy an additional drink even though coffee was included in the breakfast. That wasn’t clear. You should just charge an upgrade amount instead of having to buy cost of a whole new drink. Didn’t like breakfast so much and didn’t expect to have to pay when breakfast “was included”.

nice stay - but sure they have better rooms

Was quiet, central in Tagbilaran town. The atmosphere in the cafe of the restaurant was very nice, as well as the working staff were very friendly.

I had a room which had a window but it was so close to a wall, that no day light came in - actually equals to a room without a window 🙄 additionally the room was not cleaned during the 3 days I stayed.

Exceptional

The service is always fantastic. They all go above and beyond. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The wifi is great and connects directly, no portal that requires a secondary sign in! The TV is a good size and clear. There are plenty of power outlets, and there is hot water! After a long flight, or when I need a reliable place to stay, this is where I go, and I will return.

Staff only informed me about the minimum consumable for the function room when it was already too late for me to back out - was already seated in the room waiting for my guests. But they made up by extending our stay and allowing me to take out the following day the unconsumed amount. Earlier communication would be better next time.

Nice place...but, very poor treatment. We travel a lot and I have never had this happen before.

Place was nice.... stay just didnt end very well which was disappointing

We had just arranged for another night in an upgraded room, nearly twice the price but the room looked great and the girl at reception said she would check the room we were leaving. Minutes later she informed me there was a stain on the bottom sheet and we would be charged for this. I asked to see the stain and a guy from housekeeping bought the sheet down to reception. I noted it was small and said it would easily wash out. They then referred to my contract and said they were going to charge me, against their wishes, I took the sheet into the reception toilet and easily washed the stain out in the sink. I had the distinct impression that this was a common "add-on" that they often got away with charging. I was annoyed at the lack of flexibility and cancelled the new reservation I had just made and went to another hotel.

Very good place with amazing staff

First of all: The absolut friendly and helpful staff at the reception is amazing. I rarely wright reviews,this is the way I want to leave a warm thank you to them. By the way the room ist very comfy an spacious.Bathroom is also good. The AC is loud, that's true, but with earplugs no problem. Near to the Alturas Mall. Highly recommend this Place!

Lovely little hotel with wonderful staff - but room maintenance and food options need to be better

Location is convenient, with easy walks to the shops, malls and city centre. The room was artfully designed and spacious with plenty of storage space. Bed was comfortable with choice of pillows. Bathroom was clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Housekeeping responded immediately for anything. Every evening someone came round with a weather forecast for the next day and a little treat, which was cute! As a further bonus, the tour prices booked by the hotel were cheaper than anywhere else.

Double beds are in short supply and beds in twin rooms cannot be joined. My first room had broken lights, but the quickly moved me to another. The second room had no water at all in the taps, but the staff fixed it, however the shower water was only lukewarm. The "view" from my room was through a 50cm window into the building void. The paid breakfast was not buffet but served café-style, with no options for vegetarians (not even cereal!), and smoothies were off-menu - in desperation, I went over and bought myself some cornflakes from 7/11. The elevator stank all day of grilled meat from the Inasal restaurant next door, this is really unacceptable.

super lovely place with amazing staff

the hotel design is super nice, staff is outstandingly polite, responsive and very kind. its café is also unique with the lovely atmosphere.

rooms are a bit noisy (we changed room after check in), either having some sound from the electric `machines` like the airco or others, topped up with the neighboring roosters cockcrow. some items from the breakfast choices were not available from the menu

Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful hotel and staff. They couldn’t have been more helpful, even storing our bags for us for a day when we were not staying there. Location is good to visit many attractions and the Italian restaurant opposite the hotel had some of the best food we have had since arriving in the Philippines. The room was comfortable and they even left some fresh cake for when we arrived. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Great Stay

Very friendly staff. Reception was right in front of the lift, and they would always greet you when you go in and out. Housekeeping was also friendly and helpful with all requests. They do turn down service too, placing chocolates in the bed and a card with tomorrow’s weather.
