The location was good, the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was a bag that included a sore bought muffin, bagel, apple and cream cheese. Not what we expected. Also the ice machine was broken and there was not any effort to fix it or get ice for the patrons.

Location and room size.
Living room sofa needs replacing. The cushions sink when you sit & disappear into the frame.

Air conditioning blew on the bed & mattress pad kept moving around. Would request lower le el because of stairs
