The property was extremely nice, it had free bikes, a lovely pool/spa and was very close to the bus stop for Zion. The staff were incredibly kind, they went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed!! 10000% recommend that you stay here :)

If I’m being completely honest, my boyfriend chose this accommodation, and I was sceptical, considering it was an ‘inn’ and thought it was going to be pretty average. However I was pleasantly surprised - the Petty Ranch Inn was very nicely equipped and set out, very much like a hotel - they even had Sachajuan products in the bathrooms, which I use at Barry’s in Aus, so that was a nice touch. The rooms were clean, modern, tidy, and nice - the pool area was also great given how hot it was when we were there (June/July). Absolutely no complaints.

Good location, clean.
Beds sagging, no staff available, only a telephone number, cleaners entered our room twice while sleeping, once at 9:14am am and then 10am again while we were sleeping. They did that with every room. Seems they don't care.
No water in room. Noisy because of lack of soundproofing from floor above.
