Warmest staff

Everything was perfect! From the room to the staff’s kindness. The room was always clean and smelt good. The staff was very helpful and warm. The pool was good and the place was relaxing. The location is great to go around Nusa Dua

новый чистый , достаточно современный для Бали гэст хаус, приезжали на концерт Земфиры и остановились рядом с площадкой

чисто, комфортно, новый ремонт

сам район вокруг не очень интересен было немного шумно от проезжающих мопедов, но наш номер был с самого краю, в других тише, скорее всего.

Perfect place with great staff

Staff attitude towards guests Everything was at the highest level, for which I can say a huge thank you The hotel area is very good. Lots of grass and flowers The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable The only thing is that the breakfasts are not very varied, but the staff can help you and diversify them

Rolig, hyggelig og lite sted med valuta for pengene

Veldig hyggelig personale, fint og rolig lite sted, rent basseng, fine store rom, ekstra håndklær til stranden/basseng

Ekkel lukt fra badet.. dette ble bedre med AC på og med baderomsdøren på gløtt. Ellers alt tipp topp

Schöne Unterkunft, leider aber noch mit Mängeln.

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel mit einem freundlichen und engagierten Besitzer.

Es gab leider drei Probleme in der Unterkunft: 1. Der Abfluss im Bad stinkt. Der Besitzer versucht das Problem durch Duftsteine zu lösen, die stinken aber auch. Dadurch stinkt es doppelt. Wir konnten teilweise im Badezimmer kaum atmen. 2. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wir wurden regelmäßig morgens durch Geräusche durch das Personal, bellende Hunde oder Verkehrslärm geweckt. 3. Der Wasserdruck am Waschbecken ist sehr gering, es kommt kaum Wasser.

Kleine oase in het verder niet zo interessante Benoa (Nusa Dua). Grote kamer, heerlijk bed. Fijne tuin met zwembad

Er hing een beetje een vreemde lucht in de badkamer.

highly recommend! great staff, breakfast and relaxing time

the breakfast was amazing. we had the option of eating it at the common area of in on our balcony the staff were really friendly, sweet and really accommodating the owners would help me rent scooters and suggest different places to eat around

ran out of hot water pretty fast nusa dua location is pretty quiet but that's the location and not anything about the homestay

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this guest house and wish we could stay longer.. Staff are lovely and welcoming and always willing to help. The room are quite big especially comfy bed . The staff went out of the way to help us with our stay. It was my hubby birthday and the staff went out of their way to decorate the room and even bought a cake with a small fee as requested by me.

Nothing. Only a suggestion wish there was an electric kettle in the room.

Great place, with lovely and responsive stuff, delicious breakfast, the rooms are very comfortable and convenient, cool pool, frequent and good housekeeping, would definitely come back here again

everything was great, just area far from the center, but other areas can be quickly reached by taxi, so it's not a big problem

Fantastic place to stay. Humble, kind, and caring staff who will make you feel like being at home.

The owner and staff of Kubu Benoa Guest House were unbelievably kind, friendly, and supportive. I felt so well there that you start missing being there. Always caring and an opportunity to chat. Everyone supported me with any questions, making the nine days there just this much better. Very grateful to have met such wonderful people.

If I had anything to complain about, I chose the upper condos that get hit by the sun, while the lower condos have the sweet shadow to sit outside.

The quiet location, fresh air, and inviting swimming pool were the cherries on top. My time at Kubu Benoa Guesthouse left me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and eager to return.

Nice, clean hotel with very kind staff. Good breakfast, you can choose between american and indonesian style, both are delicious :) The room has a big window to the pool which is nice, but if you want some privacy you have to close the blackout curtains.

The toilett was not totally clean when we arrived.

Very happy while stay at Kubu Benoe Homestay

it’s extremely clean hotel. Staff go above and beyond their duty to make sure us happy and comfortable while stay. certainly we will come back-again. I observed receptionist almost 24/24 hours/day at front desk. it’s nice that owner provides small room for them to rest and place the bell at front desk. Patrons just ringing bell when they need a help.

Location is a bit off from Nusa Dua beach, but getting a bike is easy and it's just a 10 min drive from the accommodation.
