Nice place, cozy and clean, good value for its price

Space and location, cleanliness

Poor WiFi, covers only the first flore, no consumable items for washing and etc. Would be great to have small grill in the yard.

Exceptional

Very spacious and comfortable houses. We’ve spent a week in two connecting villas. Everything was perfect. A view from the balcony was astonishing. We had our flight back in the afternoon and there was no problem to stay in house an hour longer. I think that if we would need a place to stay in Madeira we would choose the villas once more!

Great base for exploring the island, ten mins from airport.

Beautiful house. Very comfortable. Had it all😄 Met at the property by host, who gave us great info on restaurants & booked taxi to airport for our return. Very quiet relaxing area. Great fun driving on the small roads 🫣

Liked everything about the property, it might be helpful to have a fan for the warm nights

Poor and personal management

The villa itself has a convenient location but only if you have a car and only if you know how to reach the place in advance.

This villa itself looks nice and the pictures on booking.com are adequate. However, it might be tricky to locate the place and it happened that the owner's attitude was rude and unprofessional. I believe it is important to share the story so you, a future client, are fully aware of the consequences if you do not agree with the owner on something. In my case, it was an argument about how many minutes it takes to reach the villa from a cafeteria on the main road. Our flight was delayed and during a call, I said that I wasn't sure when we could reach the place. Once we reached the villa, the owner was pissed that he had to "interrupt his dinner" and then he said that he did not like the way I spoke to him. He ordered our group to leave the premises and he did not care that it was 10 pm and the villa was fully paid for in advance. The owner might be a nice person and a carrying husband & father but I did not have a chance to testify that simply because the only thing I could observe was the behavior of a pissed boy. I replied nothing when he attempted to kick 5 persons out and one of my friends started begging him to change his mind. It was something surreal and I have never experienced anything similar during vising 93 counties in the past 17 years. To be fair, the man came the next morning and apologized for his behavior. I appreciated that and that was the main reason I did not attempt to cancel our contract via booking.com and ask for compensation. Some minor things to consider: • There is no wifi internet on the second or third floors • There is a shortage of electrical sockets throughout the property. In my room I had none available and I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. • Management does not provide shampoo or soap • Full ocean view is only possible from the second floor and only from one side of the villa • There might be issues with gas/hot water pressure.

Generally convenient and spacious apartment, however not fully up to its price

Convenient location to explore Madeira island from North-East to South, also very close to the airport. The apartment was very clean and the hosts communicative and reactive to our needs.

The pictures provided didn’t give us a true idea of the apartment: the flat especially the kitchen were poorly equipped; while it was very spacious, we felt the space and decoration were generally cold and the lack of sun light didn’t help. We were expecting to be having sea view and great sun exposure, this was not at all the case. I would have liked to see this better described in the original booking ad.

Amazing brand new villas with partly ocean view! Hospitable owner Paulo. Good value for money for group of friends or family!

Did not have enough plugs to charge in rooms and had 0 supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms (not even soaps), that would make our stay easier.

All above expectations..modern furniture,very spacy apartments. Privat parking place.Epic view from balcony!Perfect vacation.

Minor things..as mentioned before,don't expect salt,sugar or any dish cleaning chemicals,so expect short trip for shoping.Car is a must,unless prefer some cardio exercises.

Large luxury base to visit the island by rental car

Spacious 3 bedroom house with large living and fully equiped kitchen. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is really nice, good bed. The kids both had their own room and shared a bathroom. We were able to check in early, contact about that was very friendly via booking app and phone. On site the cleaning lady was very helpfull pointing out nice place to go and checking webcam to see the wheater on netmadeire.com. The location is good if you have a rental car, without I would find something closer to the shore and town. By car do visit the beautiful island, from mountan peaks to forrest, and ofcourse the rough coast line.

Not a problem at all but dont expect sea view. You can see the see from the small balcony but this is not ment to sit. Other houses may see less or more. Also I did not see any airconditioning, for us it was not a problem as the house stays cool anyway.

It was spacious. Great for 8 people. Close to the airport and Funchal. Shop with basics is in walkable distance. A lot of towels. Big dinning table. You can park two cars (smaller in garage and bigger in driveway).

Kitchen isn’t well equipped. It’s missing even basics like salt, trash bags, dishwasher tablets or grater for example. In our villa (letter i) the views doesn’t look like at pictures at all actually we were starring at other villas not directly at the sea.

Family stay in Madeira

The house is great, and the location as well! It is modern, well equipped and in a quiet area.

We missed to have some basics available, such as salt, olive oil, detergent for the dishwasher and others that would allow us to cook at home without having to buy all of this to leave it all behind! It is something that we had on previous occasions in different places and it is a simple things that goes a long way.

Great villa for up to 8 people to explore Madeira

We enjoyed our stay at the Vilas and the views were beautiful!

The Vila was very close to the airport and it was a quick drive to Funchal. The Vilas are very clean and had all the basic needs provided for you, like kitchenware, towels and toilet paper. All pictures of the Vilas are exactly what you see, spacious bedrooms, balcony off every room, beautiful view of the ocean, and a safe quiet area. They even set up to have a cleaning lady come to the vilas twice a week to clean, change towels, take out the trash and give you more toilet paper. Owner has very quick response time (even given the 5 hour difference. We had notify the property owner, prior to our stay,the arrival time of our flight. As a follow up email, we were also given a number to call when we were 10-15 minutes away from the Vila. The owner was already on site as we arrived by taxi. Owners were quick to respond to all emails and questions. Overall we would highly recommend a stay a the Vila and will book our future trip at this place.

We recommend having a binder with information about the Vila, like the address for example (in case of emergency). The emergency number was posted, but not the address. We also recommend information of the cleaning lady and when she would arrive. We were pleasantly surprised to see when we returned that our room was cleaned and trash taken out, but it would have been nice to know sooner!

Madeira is the deal! So much to do, feel and experience. I will certainly come back!

Everything was just amazing! The host was super kind enough to let us do a early/late check in/out and give us suggestions where to go to have the best experience possible. With no rush. Many thanks Mr. Paulo. We will surely come back!

The house was very.nice and clean.

The host was late on arrival and collecting keys. Essential washing detergents should have been provided (hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets) and elementary things in kitchen as sugar and salt at least. Not enough electrical sockets in rooms.
