It was easy to find as soon as you step to the dock it was right there .. only place with a Pool beautiful view.. staff was super nice and welcoming .. we checked out but still where allowed to hang out by the pool till our fairy came in .. waking up with the view of the ocean was definitely top tier.
Only thing is that there was no food . You have to walk around to eat but it’s a short distance to the little fondas/ restaurants

From the moment we arrived, Dave and Maria made us feel at home. The hotel is lovely and it's kept meticulous. Our room was large and beautifully decorated, with a balcony overlooking the beach. The view was spectacular! The sunrises were amazing each morning. We spent a lot of time in the pool area. It was quiet and comfortable, with a beautiful view of Playa Honda.
Dave and Maria were always helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to eat on the island. They were great company while we sat at the bar enjoying their amazing cocktails!

Nice 🏊♀️ swimming pool, don't miss the sun rise from this place.

Very nice hospitality from the British gentleman who own and runs the place.
It is a good boutique hotel, it is very obvious that the owner puts his hart and soul in his hotel.
Befor arriving I received through booking.com some restrictions regarding the use of the swimming pool after check out, and a deposit of 100$ in case of braking some thig.
None of that was mentioned by the owner, despite the restrictions I got the room before checking time, and the entire stay was very pleasant. Maybe the owner just tried to protect himself from bad behavior.

Very much enjoyed my stay here. Dave is helpful and knows how to make cocktails.
The hotel is one minute from the pier and has nice pool great for swimming or just relaxing. Two beaches are near by.
In the front of the hotel is small restaurant worth to visit. (they are open only during the day)
The place was spotless and my bathroom felt like 5* hotel. The hotel use filtered water and my skin felt soft even after spending time in the pool.

The staff are exceptionally nice, and the owner is a really lovely man, who makes a wicked Margarita! The pool is a really lovely spot to relax and the ocean is a stone’s throw away. The bed was really comfy and the room was perfect for what we needed.

The queen size bed was not a queen size bed but two twin size bed joined with nothing so beds are easily separated along the night. I felt really unconfortable sleeping in this kind of beds.

We combed through a lot of reviews before deciding to stay at the Taboga Palace, and I am so happy with the decision we made. From the moment we stepped off the ferry and into the hotel, we felt welcomed and at home. The owner, Dave, is an incredible host- we felt like family. He's cheery and kind, helped us up to our room, and even snagged us a room upgrade with an incredible view over the pool and looking out into the bay. (He also makes a mean margarita!). We woke up every morning feeling like we were in paradise. Our room was a great size, with a comfy bed, huge bathroom, and air conditioning. Our room also had a great balcony, which we enjoyed sitting on to watch the sun go down and relax after a day at the beach. Things were clean, with lovely little touches, like the snacks that were provided, towels for the gorgeous reflecting pool, and a rack on the balcony to dry our swim suits. The hotel was very peaceful, and I cannot stress how amazing the views were of the beach and bay. We hope to be back!

this place really exceeded our expectations ! Staff was amazing, courteous, friendly, and willing to help and make you feel comfortable all the time. The room is beautiful - it just makes you feel in another place and time. I’d comeback again, and hopefully anytime soon!! Something to keep in mind: there are lots of stairs; in case you have any issues with that.
