Location is great as it is close to phuket old town and quiet area, staff support as they tried their best to make accommodation nice, quiet aircon and room daily cleaning even if you not request it.
Old room, curtains don't block light, wood floor not stable and make noise, but overall very good as value vs price.

Clean and comfortable room, and the location was literally a minute away from the bus terminal and walking distance from Phuket Old Town. The owners were also friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed our short daily conversations. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely book here again if I come to Phuket again.

big room and quiet. TV had plenty of English channels. permitted early check-in
had to defrost the freezer myself to use it. water pressure in shower was lousy. broken chair on balcony (never fixed or replaced during my stay), also the clothes rack and hanger. the kitchen was useless to use and basically dated empty cupboards. tap didn’t work either. very hard bed
