Great location, super clean and comfortable for a budget price

Room is super clean, spacious, the host is super friendly and located right next to the old bus station about 2 min walk, 10 min walk to old town.

Lugar sucio, peligroso, decadente... Evitalo a toda costa

Nada en absoluto, una experiencia horrible, para no repetir en la vida, vivimos una pesadilla reservando en ese antro, buscate otra cosa mejor por que lo agradeceras.

El sitio está situado en un lugar peligroso y decadente, ruidoso por las noches, lleno de prostitución infantil, vagabundos y fumadores de marihuana en las inmediaciones del mismo. No es un lugar nada seguro para ir con niños o en pareja. Es un hostal que se cae a trozos, sucio y antiguo donde no hay agua caliente y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba., el colchón incomodisimo, sin nevera en la habitación. Una relación calidad precio pésima. Para colmo la primera noche, tuvimos un problema ya que se mancharon las sábanas a causa del periodo menstrual de mi pareja, lo comunicamos en recepción y en ese momento y nos quisieron cobrar 200 bats thai, por unas sábanas mugrientas, rotas con agujeros y agarradas con imperdibles al colchón. Como teníamos una excursión y salimos con prisa del sitio esa mañana, no reparamos más en ello hasta que el dueño me mando un mensaje por Booking.com diciendo que tenía que pagar 600 bats thai o que me fuera de su hotel esa noche, a pesar de que ya le había pagado las dos noches por adelantado. Cuando llegamos, intentamos dialogar para hacerle entender que había sido un accidente femenino y que esas sábanas rotas, amarillentas y deterioradas, no valian lo que nos pedía...fue imposible por que a este señor solo me interesaba nuestro dinero, y nos acabo echando de su hotel, el dueño llamo a la policía, su perro se puso agresivo con nosotros, incluso tuvo un amago de agresión a mi pareja golpeandola con un barreño de plástico al que le dio una patada,,, faltandonos al respeto, y no queriendo ni devolver el importe de la 2 noche pagada, a lo que al final accedió descontando los 600 bats que se cobró por las sábanas. La peor experiencia y hotel que tuvimos en un viaje por thailandia de 15 días.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit ein paar 'aber'

Wenn Sie eines der 2 Zimmer im 3ten Stock (ohne Lift) mit Balkon bekommen, ist es traumhaft! (wir hatten dieses gebucht, aber erst nach heftigem Urgieren nach der ersten Nacht bekommen!) Gehdistanz (5 Min.) zum Ende der Altstadt, 1 Min. neben dem Airport Bus Terminal, Waschmaschine.

Die etwas strikten Eigentümer/Manager. Gebuchtes Zimmer mit Balkon vorerst nicht bekommen.

Good stay in a quiet area of Phuket

The room was big and the bed was a little bit hard but confortable, we had our own bathroom which was nice. The owners of the place are really kind (they offered us fruit and good recommendations about places to see, we can also dry our clothes on the hotel terrace if we need to) and the accommodation is well located, next to the bus terminal 1 and 10mn away by walk from the old quarter.

There was a slightly disturbing smell in the room.

Très bon emplacement, dans une rue calme située à côté du terminal de bus et de la vieille rue historique. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Et le plus important les hôtes sont formidables, bon sens de l'humour et attentionnés. Un restaurant à faire, 1000009 Thaï Noodle Restaurant Phuket, bonne nourriture et accueil parfait.

the property is super clean, very good value for the price. there’s everything you need and the staff is very helpful. 10-15 minutes walking from the city centre and 7-11 . bikes rental and other facilities in the aerea.

Exceptional value for money, clean, comfortable, quiet and near to everything in Phuket Old Town.

Hosts were very friendly and thoughtful. Very near the bus terminal, so easy to find and get about the island.

I have noticed while i was away from the room someone entered in my room nothing happened but definitely owners have entered my room bcz my toilet door was open when i left but when i come back it was closed with lock which really not good also wifi doesn't work properly but there hospitality was awesm

I was working from the room and the wifi was great for that. The staff were very friendly and the location is very close to the bus station which was great for me to go to airport next day.
