Great time here and clean property.

Nice quiet area and private. Easy parking! Helena very kind and friendly.

The road was steep to get to the town and beaches, and many stairs to access our room. Some outside shade on rooftop patio would be nice.

Great host, but poor maintenance, lack of privacy, and late-night noise made for a difficult stay

Great location and a very kind, attentive host who made sure our stay went smoothly.

There were several maintenance and comfort issues during our stay: Maintenance & Amenities: The kitchen exhaust fan didn't work, and the main bedroom's AC needs maintenance (it wasn't cooling properly). The bathroom shower leaks water onto the floor, and it lacks basic storage like shelves or a toilet paper holder. Additionally, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were almost impossible to squeeze product out of. Privacy: We were informed upon arrival that the living room curtain was broken and shouldn't be used, which left us with a complete lack of privacy. Noise & Shared Terrace: It should be made clearer in the listing that the terrace is shared. Some young adults were using it until 4:00 AM. Since any noise on the terrace echoes directly into the apartment below, my daughter couldn’t sleep, and my husband had to go upstairs to politely ask them to leave. To be fair, the guests weren't intentionally being disrespectful—they were just enjoying the space—but it completely ruined our plans for the next day with an exhausted 3-year-old. Overall, these issues made our stay much more difficult than expected.

The property was easy to locate, easy parking and wonderful host. The walk to the beach was great and very close. Beautiful accommodations and well appointed for our stay. We will definitely be back!
