Noisy early in the morning.

The location of the apartment is perfect, close enough to everything, walking through the little cobbled streets (leave the heels at home!) Plenty of places to eat/drink on the square for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Check in with Jose was brilliant, he communicated the location (along with photo of the door) and provided an entry code and also key safe code, our room was ready and we were good to go.
The room is very tiny. The wardrobe was in the corner and very dark inside with no light, there was no drawer/shelf space for underwear/t-shirts etc. The shower screen has seen better days, black around the bottom of it. You had to keep the bathroom door closed to pass the sink to get to the shower, it was that small. The AC unit needs attention, it's noisy and ineffective - so if you're going in the height of summer you may struggle to sleep! My biggest complaint (I have already shared this with José) was the noise in the apartment, the front door is on a spring hinge and 'slams' shut with some ferocity, making the loudest bang every time it's opened/closed. Other guests then walk the stairs (so noisy) you can hear them chatting/walking then turning the keys to their rooms, using the shower and toilet, all from our room (room 1, first floor) This really spoiled our stay. We had no noise from outside at all.

Central location
Pictures don’t show the reality :( the room felt quite outdated and the overall condition was below expectation. The bed seemed like an old camping bed, very flimsy. The amenities were poorly maintained, the tile floor were coming loose for example. It seemed to be a weekend prize, which is dubbled, so not worthy that money
