Ideale Unterkunft fĂĽr eine Reise nach Palermo
Als Alleinreisender habe ich mich im B&B Trikeles sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und wird äußerst ordentlich und sauber geführt. Besonders angenehm war, dass das Bett täglich gemacht und das Zimmer liebevoll hergerichtet wurde.
Auch an Komfort fehlt es nicht: Klimaanlage, Safe, Minikühlschrank für Getränke und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Ein Aufzug steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung, wobei noch ein Stockwerk zu Fuß zurückzulegen ist. Die große Außenterasse lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums und bietet dadurch eine angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre. Gleichzeitig sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten Palermos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Besonders praktisch ist die direkte Busverbindung zum Strand von Mondello mit der Linie 806. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt 100m vor der Haustür entfernt. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés für ein entspanntes Frühstück befinden sich ebenfalls in fußläufiger Entfernung.
Mein Tipp: Die ATM-App für Bus- und Tram-Tickets ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ein Einzelticket kostet 1,40 € und gilt 90 Minuten innerhalb der Stadt. Alternativ gibt es ein Tagesticket für 6,10 €. Die Tickets lassen sich bequem über die App kaufen.
Die Lage ist ideal, um vormittags Ausflüge zu unternehmen, sich anschließend in der Unterkunft eine kleine Pause zu gönnen und danach wieder auf Entdeckungstour zu gehen. Gerade als Alleinreisender habe ich diese Flexibilität sehr geschätzt.
Ein besonderes Lob gilt der Besitzerin, die ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich ist und mit ihrer persönlichen Art dazu beiträgt, dass man sich willkommen fühlt.
Fazit: Ein gemĂĽtliches, sauberes und stilvolles B&B mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und guter Verkehrsanbindung.

Location was not in the commercial tourist area, which I appreciated. Just know that it is a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to the center of Palermo. Loved how clean everything was, very attentive to detail. And very comfortable bed!! The host, Stefania, was very sweet and communicative, and offered me a wonderful restaurant recommendation.
A bit misleading as there is no breakfast available, simply some biscotti, cornetti, tea, and coffee. I did not like that the bathroom was across the hall from the bedroom. It was okay during my stay because there were not many other guests staying at the time, but I wish I was aware of it before booking.
