Location is good. Close to markets. Breakfast (I only had 2 in my 8-night stay was not something to wake up for. A little more local dish may have been good for both local and international guests looking for something more meaningful.
Rooms were clean and well maintained given the age of the building. The Clean courtyard and well maintained.
Staff were friendly (both in Front Office and Overnight Security). I appreciate their helpfulness and courtesy.
Breakfast (I only had 2 in my 8-night stay was not something to wake up for. A little more local dish may have been good for both local and international guests looking for something more meaningful.

This is a good option when visiting Georgetown as long as you don't need luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room came with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and a balcony with table and chairs. The shower was hot. There are free water refill stations. There's a bar downstairs that also sells surprisingly affordable and tasty fish and chips or chicken and chips for the same price as terrible nearby takeaway options. There are also lots of fruit and vegetable stands nearby. It's located in as good a neighbourhood as Georgetown has to offer and it's safe to walk to the tourist attractions during daylight. Do not go out after dark though.
The bar should lower its music volume after 10pm. They need to remember that their staying guests have paid a lot to stay there and can hear the music in their rooms (until 2am!). It's not seriously loud but can be heard. Also willingly offering a basic takeaway breakfast for people leaving early would be good. The food was already out at 6am but they were weirdly uncomfortable giving it to me until the official breakfast time at 7.30am.
