Lovely and clean white bedding and towels. Host was great and allowed an earlier check in. Location great for Durham with bus outside on main road. Taxi cost between £9 - £10. Shops handy for supplies. Beds very comfy and good pillows and quilt.
A bit of mould in bathroom but it was very clean. Mark on carpet covered with tiny rug - a bigger rug would look better. No kitchen utensils for cooking ( on pic) and pans a bit worn. No tea or coffee or mini toiletries provided - we didn't bring as on pics ? The entrance looks a bit tatty and could do with a weed and tidy.

It has all that you need in terms of easy access to Durham and kitchen facilities and there’s an array of shops on your doorstep.
The location is on a main road and the traffic noise made it difficult to get to sleep as the bedrooms overlooked the road. The bed was uncomfortably soft which added to the difficulty in getting asleep. The bedrooms had roller blinds but no curtains, so light from the outside shone through the gaps.
Although the flat was clean, there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the bases of the frying pans had grease which smoked when heated.
The whole place is quite worn and although it was good value I would not stay there again.
