The house is perfect, everything is made with patience, love an very high quality. It’s very well equipped, so we had every single thind we need during our stay.

Wonderful location, nice views
New house, well equipped (including wifi, TV, A/C, washing machine and dishwasher), all working well
Mosquito nets at all windows
Nice space outside, enough to leave small children playing around
Difficult parking in the house (If you have a big car is best to leave it on the main road- not far- or outside the gate)
Far from shops (but close to small restaurants)
More info about surroundings, facilities, best restaurants in the area would be useful

1. The location - close to egremni, gialos and porto katsiki beaches. Close to Vasiliki where more resources are available: gas, fresh meat in supermarket.
2. Close to nearby restaurants, 1 minute walking distance. Personal recommendation Lefkatas Taverna.
3. Amazing view of the sunset from the big terrace.
4. Owners live nearby, any help you need they are there for you and they are very kind.
5. Comfortable beds, enough room for 6 people so that they will be in comfort.
6. Very clean and modern design, great windows to keep the heat and sunlight out during day, it has AC for every room and very easy to use.
7. Every appliance you need for washing dishes, washing laundry, fridge with quick freezing program, they have every dish-ware you will ever need and a Nespresso coffe maker.
There is nothing we did not like during our stay but you will have a hard time parking your car on the property because of the steep ramp. That is if you own a low car. There is a parking spot on the street too so it is not such a big problem.
The trash bins are 2 minutes walking distance.
All in all just minor things !
