Great value hotel for a city break

Location and value for money, clean room, comfortable bed

Good for purpose, don't expect luxury.

The location of the hotel in the city centre.

I couldn't change the AC temperature, despite there was a leaflet explaining how to. The room was very small, no window, and without appropriate deco which could make it feel less enclosed.

Bueno para una noche.

La ubicación era ideal, a 1 cuadra del centro y 2 del puerto

La habitación(sin ventana) que sacamos no entrábamos (2 personas con 2 valijas). Pedimos cambiar a una mas grande, nos cobraron 10Libras mas y el tamaño era apenas mas grande pero con ventana. Para una noche esta bien, mas que eso buscaría otro hotel.

Great compact and bijou place ideal for an overnight stop

Loved the greeting from Hui I hope I've spelt it correctly?. Extra pillows when asked for. It was compact and bijou. Ideal for an overnight stay. Loved the fact we could see everything outside as the window was huge. So close to everything but very quiet.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room instead of having to pay £2 a cup, but it is a budget hotel, so you can't expect much. Nothing else to moan about!

Claustrophobic rooms are a no go for me

Clean and good location

The rooms are tiny. I don’t suffer badly with claustrophobia, but I really struggled in the room. I could feel myself panicking cos the room was so small. The room was tooo small, didn’t help there was no window either

Tom & Hia deserve a raise.

excellent location, walking distance to everything. check in/check out was painless. Fantastic value for money. Staff were absolutely lovely (shoutout to Tom & Hia, you guys are legends).

the staff our always nice and the location is good

I don’t know if this is every room or just ours but every time a sink was run or toilet flushed in ours and the surrounding bathrooms a horrid loud grumbling noise echoed the room , aswell as this there was no bathroom bin which I’m sure there usually is but could be wrong , meaning sanitary products etc was being put in the bedroom bin , but when doing so there was no bin bag in that bin either !!! which would be disgusting to fill with all sorts for the cleaner to have to empty so I had to go out myself and buy bin bags . which I now realise I probably could’ve asked at reception but at the time didn’t think because I thought that was a pretty standard thing for a room .

Absolute worth it the money!

The location is very close to the city centre and extremely clean.

The bathroom's wall is glass - it could be very uncomfortable if you're not with your closest.

The location was perfect right in the city centre.

No parking available. Bed was very uncomfortable, but you get what you pay for and it did the job certainly for the bank holiday.

In a great location to Mathew street,,,plenty of pubs and restaurants near by,,,basic room,,,but clean and tidy,,would stay again

Clean rooms, fast check-in and great location with access to many supermarkets, restaurants and James Street railway station.

The ventilator in the windowless room can be noisy during the night, and the space is a bit too small.
