Nous venons souvent au Méridien lorsque nous allons à Shanghai, c'est une valeur sûr ! Très bon personnel, bon emplacement proche de Hongqiao, beaucoup de magasins autours, confort et équipements des chambres, piscine très correct et surtout un sens du service inégalé. Petit déjeuné incroyable également !
Pour moi c'est uniquement le manque de grande chambre (du type deux trés grand lit double) ou de suite pour les familles. Egalement un petit robot pour monter les livraisons de types commandes alimentaires serait un petit plus.

The room was equipped with a Japanese toilet washlet and a spacious bath tub. Big plus ! 4 bottles complimentary water per day. Excellent shower room. A few English language channels incl. Discovery. Japanese NHK int.
Being February, Shanghai was cold. The room "Aircon" does not deserve the name. It was hot in the room, regardless of temp. setting. When switched off, the room quickly became rather cold. Choice between sweating or freezing.
Bed covers were not changed, only "made" (straightened). I had the same blood spots (mine) on pillows and duvet during the entire 12 day stay.
Room corners were not vacuumed. Same dirt there during the entire stay.
