The Hotel Was Clean And Shared Bathrom Were Close To Rooms

Lovely atmosphere with a variety of accommodation options, plus a small pool, kitchen, and relaxing areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s also a good Chinese restaurant and a Zimbabwean restaurant nearby, which is very convenient if you don’t feel like cooking or heading into the city.
It would be helpful to have some hangers in the room. Also, one of the showers in the shared bathroom doesn’t work properly, as water comes out everywhere instead of just through the shower head.

The pool, the atmosphere was relaxing and calm. The staff was helpful and friendly. The outdoor area wasn't too big but nice and cozy.
My room was a little crowded. There was lockable storage for my belongings.

No complaints about the place which is comfortable, and the price-quality ratio is good for the town
The reception staff were cold and unhelpful, not focused on problem-solving
It's NOT possible to pay by card; you must have cash in US dollars. This is completely absurd for an international hostel, especially since card payments are accepted everywhere else in the city. No other solution was offered to me for this.
There's no water in this hostel, not even at the bar, except for a water fountain that only works when you buy a $10 water bottle with limited refilling (!) The goal is simply to make you pay under the guise of recycling. It's better to go to the supermarket where you can also recycle for much less.
The hostel is far from everything, and it takes about 30 minutes/2 km to reach the "city center". It's impossible to walk outside after dark because of the animals.
The internet connection is mediocre and cuts out regularly.
