The room and bathroom was quite big and the bed was huge and comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, cooked well and the service was very good.
The rooms could do with a little bit of TLC, e.g. chipped paint on walls and the blind was broken. However, this didn't impact on our stay at all.

new double-glazed windows would help to keep noise of extractor fans during opening hours when you are in bedroom.

Lovely staff and good location, good private guest parking.
The guest areas and rooms were very tired and in need of some TLC. We also had road works outside our room untill very late on our first night
