I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. All the neighbors are quiet and the chalet was very clean and comfortable.

The owner lies about the property so guests may face a bait-and-switch like I did. I want a refund!

The host of this property is playing a bait-and-switch game with guests. There are two apartments at the site, which is called the Cocoon of Sarah, Apartment 1 and 2. Apartment 1 is the one in the photos with the balcony, view, privacy, 25 m2. But that's not the one he put me in, then he played games for three days about how the Apartment 1 (which was on my confirmation and receipt and in the photo) was called "Cosy" and I was never booked into that but "Apartment 2". I asked him to rectify this and he has played games for several days.

No balcony (as in the picture), no view (just the neighbors concrete wall) no privacy, tiny bedroom, stinky shower, no way to control temp or skylight. Photos on the site are mixed of the two places so he can pretend there was only one "Coccon de Sarah" apt. I am contacting my bank to contest charges.

Absolutely beautiful, unforgettable, solid rustic wooden and very well-appointed cabin!

We loved Cocoon De Sarah! the cabin has a solid rustic feel with beautiful woodwork and is very well appointed with touches that make you feel at home. We liked the quiet location, about 10 mins drive to Chamonix. The cabin has a fantastic view of the glacier and mountain. The lovely verandah and small flower garden were an extra treat. It is very comfortable and clean. There is a huge skylight over the bed which we also loved.

We were under the impression that parking was available but in fact there are only a few spaces and it was first in takes the spot. We parked down the hill at the hotel as suggested but we were not sure if these spots were only for guests at the hotel.

Klidna lokalita s dobrou dostupnosti do centra Chamonix a i na výlety primo z mista. Pred domem se necha parkovat. Je to male, ale krasne a utulne, nechybi nic vcetne kompletne vybavene kuchyne. Vyborna wifi. Instrukce k checkin zaslany pres zpravu vcas, jasne, srozumitelne.

Byli jsme spokojeni, moc se nam libilo, neni co vytknout.
