Beautiful location with a stunning private beach. Absolutely gorgeous scenery. Staff are so lovely and welcoming. Everything was perfect! So many lovely restaurants nearby also. The resort has its own area at the front with beach supplies, free coffee and cold bottled water with some snacks like bananas and toast, spreads. It was amazing having everything so convenient and spending so much time at the beach with everything we needed at hand. Plenty of little stores nearby for snacks/drinks/toiletries. Highly recommend this resort such good value for money.
No issues, we loved staying here would recommend to anyone staying in Koh Samui.

Our villa was situated at a quiet part at the end of the long beach, where there was still the fishermen’s village vibe and not so many bars. When you swim out for about 200m at high tide, you can snorkel at the fringe reef. In the rainy season the visibility is not optimal, but still nice to do and have so close by. And we loved the little Thai restaurant next to our villa, Khanom Jeen Shop, with the very friendly owner and kitchen help. We had our Thai breakfast there nearly every day and sometimes also lunch.
We also went to the main building of the resort every day to chill there (200-300m walk). The resort offers complementary drink water, coffee and toast with bananas, Nutella or peanut butter and they had clean toilets and a beach shower, which was nice to use after swimming in the sea. Our kids could also play with the toys that they offered and I found a good book at the bookshelf to read during our stay. In the low season the bar was closed, but the 2 supermarkets nearby provided us with all we needed.
The busy road in front of the villa was very loud, but I was happy our kids could sleep in the room closest to the road while we took the one at the see side. There was no automatic cleaning of the villa, but as soon as we asked for it, they provided cleaning so for us that was ok.

We hadden de villa aan het strand gehuurd. Het is heel fijn om gelijk uit het huisje het strand op te kunnen lopen. Het contact met personeel is prima. De keuken was prettig met alle toebehoren.
Het appartementje ligt direct aan de hoofdweg en is enorm gehorig; het lijkt alsof je onder een tentdoek aan de weg ligt, zo hard hoor je het verkeer en je buren terwijl je in bed ligt. Slapen zonder oordoppen is niet te doen. De locatie zit naast een tent waar wiet wordt verkocht en gerookt dus dat komt in geur regelmatig voorbij als je op het strand ligt. De waterdruk was erg slecht en de temperatuur van de douche was niet te regelen. We hebben in 5 dagen geen schone handdoeken gekregen. Het bad op het terras was smerig tot een fikse regenbui er overheen ging en vertrouwde we niet om in te zitten. De meubels zijn toe aan vervanging en beschadigd her en der. Dit alles terwijl de prijs in verhouding met andere locaties in Thailand aan de hoge kant was.
