Staff were brilliant, we were made feel very welcome. Our room was really comfortable, cleaned every day with fresh towels. We stayed in a few hotels on our trip and found the Duchess to be one of the best. We ate in the hotel a lot, there were other options but the food in the Duchess was so consistently good.

Bij The Dutchess kun je heerlijk eten, de kamers zijn ruim en je loopt zo het centrum van Fort Portal in. Bij het hotel horen twee leuke terrassen. Voor liefhebbers van zuivel: je kunt hier heerlijke yoghurt eten. Voor liefhebbers van pizza's: ze hebben een echte houtgestookte pizza-oven, ooit gemaakt door een Italiaan.
Klein detail: niet alle ingredienten van de pizza waren aanwezig, maar uiteindelijk smaakte de aangepaste pizza toch heerlijk.

Everything was great location staff the bar and the restaurant were perfect
They require a code to be put in the Wi-Fi in several times. I had to do it subsequent times during the same day so an improvement on that would be nice.

Wonderful location close to town and restaurants yet quiet and private. Staff are great
Had to get wifi codes daily. But WiFi also worked in room so that was good. Beds and pillows a bit hard for our preference
